Service is extremely good. The owner is very humble. I am satisfied by their work.

The store and the service is good, but they didn't turn on the AC. I was sweating, but while I was going out they were going to turn on the AC because another 4 customers were arriving at the store. Can't blame them because it's winter but also it's not that cold as rural area.

Hi, by hearing about the products good quality brought 2 pairs of progressive glasses , but within 3 months it has got small scrathes, actually they said while delivering that the glasses are scratch proof,but now they say it depends on your use,which is totally unproffestional approach. I was very much disappointed with their answer given for a product just brought 3months ago. Infuture will never ever suggest anyonebuy lens from lenscart.

Visited for the first time in solapur branch. Got many new frames in the store.
The store is well maintained.
Eye test is conducted for free and explained all the parameters regarding the Spherical, Cylindrical & Axis.
The staff is very cooperative and having friendly behaviour.

Anyone can visit the store without hesitation.

Under premium segment they are tooooo overpriced. This goes for the Lenskart brand as a whole. That's my only concern
It's my opinion local brands provide products with similar features at half the price
