The best that I can say for this hotel is that it is in a great location. The room was a bit on the small size. The bathroom was not the cleanest, despite being promised wifi, there was none. Not all the lights worked in the room. The room needs fixing up. The hotel staff were very friendly and very good at making promises to fix thing without actually doing so.
The included breakfast was not very good, low quality.

Heard some decent reviews about the place being old, but clean and a great value for money but was utterly disappointed when I got here. The room was filthy, with a layer of dust and dirt on everything. Curtains were stained. Sheets were neither starched nor ironed and very likely not even washed. Power outlet, bedside lamp didn't work. One of the two twin beds didn't even have a headboard. Closet had no hangers. Bathroom had no soap. One of the worst hotels I've been in.

Beware before booking this property. I booked it through OYO and on reaching the property, I was declined the check in stating that the property is already full. They are accepting the bookings and troubling the customers on reaching at their premises. They could inform same to customers when they receive the bookings. Lot of other folks have reported the same issue with this property. I would suggest to look for other options if you are planning to stay near Park Street Area.

Room is too small. Same with the bathroom. We stayed in room no 408. Window blind is broken. Curtain is a torn one. The space in the room to hold suitcase is too narrow. Breakfast is so so but if you ask a basic thing like a omlette and you agree to pay separately, they deny providing. If you ask for a separate duvet where you are sharing a room with a friend, you will not get an extra duvet. Hot water does not run in the bathroom and it is not clean too.

I express my gratitude to the hotel ,i had booking on last 6th Jan 2023 and on the check out next day I left my belongings in my room ,i realised the same when i already reached my home ,which is far away and I call te hotel and returned on the same day to collect the belongings and I got them. Thanks to the staffs , onl thing switch boards of rooms to be repaired and I could not found geyser otherwise service is great and must open their resturant.

Everytime need to call front office for Geyser activation, after that you have to wait another 20 minutes for hot water. I found my room Geyser not working, after 3 hours it was repaired.
After a long journey how pathetic service!

Breakfast quality & Menu indeed improvement.

They provided complementary water.
The mouth of the water bottle was open and the safety cover was left open.

I don't recommend this hotel.

Please don't Book this hotel if you find other options in the same area. One of the worst rooms in the treebo chain. Staff is impolite and even treebo customer care is not helping. Please don't go. Attaching some photos will give you an idea of a hotel.

Average hotel but with good breakfast, clean rooms and washroom. Although customer service need to be improved.
