I booked a classic room but I was offered a very small room of 6' × 6' size room with a very tiny and dirty bathroom. Nothing was even average to appreciate.Waste of money and time.Staff behaviour including manger is rude and rough.Hotel management is only interested in hourly basis booking for young couples to utilise.

Very bad experience…we travelled from assam to barracpore for treatment purpose of my mother, we booked the hotel online and while reaching the hotel they were not accepting checkin..they told us to book offline and were charging high price than online..we had to leave the place and search for other hotel with my ailing mother,they even talked rudely with my mother…worst service and worst staff…later heard that they take offline bookings for couple without id and all thats y they had no room basically they gave our room to any other couple without id…never visit this place not safe for anyone…

Rooms are nice but the bed sheets are not neat and clean. Price is also a little bit higher. Overall location is very good.

OYO SERVICE IS TRULY BAD. I BOOKED ROOM 348 RS BUT WHEN I CHECKED IN THE HOTEL TOOK EXTRA 1000RS FROM ME THEN I RAISED A COMPLAIN TO OYO ABOUT MY ISSUE BUT OYO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS THEY DO NOTHING. GOIBIBO IS BEST IN THIS TYPES OF ISSUE THEY RESOLVED IT SO FAST AND IF YOU PAY EXTRA MONEY WHEN YOU CHECK IN THEN GOIBIBO REFUND IT.. GOIBIBO FAR MORE BETTER THAN OYO.. I NEVER EVER USE OYO AGAIN OYO SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. We should File case in consumer court/forum with the help of Online Legal India against this type of fraud.

When I go to the hotel, the receptionist behaviour was very bad , he told me that he charges more 840 for the room . And check out time was 7:30 p.m., I am checked in because I don't have any option I pay total 500 and 10 rupees on oyo and 840 rupees at the hotel reception total was 1300 and 50 rupees. The room was very poor condition, very very unmentained dirty room, my rost experience in a hotel.

On arrival the receptionist asked me to pay another 700 rupees asking that that is the system there. For which they have not provided any receipt and I was forced to pay the extra amount. They didn't provide any soap. The TV was not in use. The room is damp. Above all the behaviour of staffs was not good. Shall I get the extra amount return that was paid to the staff there???

When I reached hotel. Reception told me oyo booking is not allowed. We have told that you have to pay 1350 and told me we don't accept oyo booking. staff behavior was not good I feel so embarrassing when he told me who told you to book on oyo. Room was so dirty and not proper clean.. Specially the behaviour of the staff is not good.. I will recommend do not visit this hotel.. Worst hotel ever.
