Stayed here for 4 days near to Howrah railway station,Room & bathroom are cleaned regular basis.Location is awkward due to busy traffic.Inhouse Restaurant is available & also nearby. Safe property lift is available.Recomended for individual & family family.

its been a amazing experience staying here... the room is spacious, AC and TV are working properly. but there are cockroaches everywhere in the room even on bed. the best thing about the hotel is the behaviour of staff , they are very polite towards guests.

I stayed for one day and my experience was okay. The rooms looked shady and linens were not clean even if it was changed upon request it didn't look appealing and was hesitant to sleep on it. There were small cockroaches which were disinfectant upon request. The management should take care of these before even customer enters the room. Location of the hotel is perfect it is just that it's not maintained properly (maybe it's local Kolkata way).

Stay was really good in hotel. Staff was very nice well behaved. Food was also Good. Highly recommended.
Food:- teste of food really good...but paneer paratha was not that much good...
overall this is the best place to stay.

Hotel staff is very warm towards the guest. My experience was literally good. I would recommend for solo travellers and business travellers. Nice big rooms, hotel staff is excellent with their services.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

My experience was okay at this hotel. I gave this rating of 3 because of the staff's assistance. They allowed me to check in early without any additional charges. But the room was not clean, and the linens given were old with many stains, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The management should take care of these to provide a better experience for the customers.

It is a bit difficult to locate. Room maintenance is below average. There was Ciggarette smell in the whole room. In the night, got welcomed by a group of arthropod friends. They do allow you to order from swiggy. But in that case they won't provide you cutlery. I would rate them null in hospitality.Even the entrance to the hotel is gloomy and dark. Only good thing it stays open 24 x 7 and is safe.
