Sterling Guest House

I stayed in this hotel second time. In first time my room was in ground floor but today my room is in second floor in second floor there was a single room. This room was not open in a long time so it was smelling. staff spread perfume to fresh the room. location was good. staff behavior is also good. I want to gave a suggestion to manager take a small tool in bathroom. bathroom has no tool for sitting. almost I recommend to stay in this hotel for others traveler.surroundings area are very good. no any sound to disturb in study. very nice place to students

I had a very very horrible experience at this hotel .Firstly I booked the hotel .it was non refundable .so I called to confirm the booking .then he told he wants original ID in physical form .i and my brother were to check in .my brother was having the digital form of adhar card download which he took colour printout the hotel owner told he won't accept the adhar card which my brother has downloaded he will himself download the adhar card of my brother in his system . that also we accepted so here he wasted our 1 hour that also we accepted. the next phase come to the room which he gave at rooftop and he is having 10 -12 street dogs and inspite of mine telling him 10 times that we have train at morning 5.30 am .the rooftop gate was closed and all the street dogs were left on the rooftop and the gate which opens the stairs was closed. so when we were about to check out at 4 am in morning .we saw all the dogs licking us and barking and the gate which opens the stairs was closed .we called the attendants 15 times. they were not picking the call the hell was going on .then the final support we took was the cab driver .we requested the cab driver to knock the guest house gate and wake up the attendants and tell them to open the gate of the rooftop so that we can come down for our checkout .so me and my brother spent 20 mins with 12 street dog barking and licking us at 4 am

Friendly, hospitable manager runs the hotel. Staffs are polite. I called and informed him about my whereabouts. As it was midnight, he was ready to pick me up from the place. Room was neat and clean. He shifted me to his own nearby guest house, which was near to the place of business I had to visit the following day, with no extra cost.

Behaviours of the managerial staffs werege good .. Affordable food price in the menu.. Can visit Shanghai.. Tastes of China Town, which is near by. But the room was shabby.

All staff r good in behaviour nd very honest

it's a nice and desent stay, but their are 3 dogs present in the site. value for money. food ptovided here is really good, must give a shot once. overall very happy with the stay. friendly staff and comfortable stay with good room. value for money.

Worst ever hotel . Giving one star only because of good behavior of staff. But there were many problems . AC not working for 1 room and other room it was working. Water in bathroom was very less . In the morning the owner cut the water supply without any notice. We waited inside the bathroom without any water for 1 hour. The rooms were very very small. This is the worst ever stay in my whole life. The rooms are not maintained. The bedsheets were stained like and not cleaned at all. I will never ever visit this kind of hotel.

Worst stay till date ! They don’t even change bed sheets and pillow covers. We asked for new ones they didn’t change. The room was too dirty and the AC didn’t work. I’ve stayed in hotels a hundred times better in of half it’s price.
The reason I give it two stars and not one is only because supposably it is couple friendly.
