The White Heaven

The hotel is nice and the food of this hotel is just amazing. They are well behaved. The manager is quit good. The hotel price is also good. The room service is always available.

Well maintained room and Bathroom too. Satisfied with the service.

V neat n clean no musty smell. Food was great. On a v v noisy street.. awful construction n traffic noise..

The location of hotel is good ,but the service is very bad. They don't have ethics . The behaviour of owoner was vey rude. He was not at all cooperative,he was like hungry for money. I am very dissapointed it was my bad experience. If you ask for early check in then they ask for extra money .
My checkout time was 11:00 am and my returning train was on night so I just wanted to extend the timing till 5:00pm then he asked me approx 50% charge I was ready to pay but his condition that if anyone come at 12:00-1:00 pm (new guest) then I have to leave the room and he will not return my 50% charges. Can you imagine I am paying 50% charges but there is no guarantee of room and money, so very bad service and it shows how cooperative they are.

Behaviour is above all and when it is bad the whole experience gets worst. The manager is very rude, there is no service and the joke starts when they ask for tips at the end of the stay😂 Kamaal hai bhai. One lady will call you before your stay but she is not incharge she is just attending the calls and you will not find her when you check in. They will ask you extra money for early check in, this is a proper hack, I have travelled whole lot of INDIA and never heard about this. I was there for 3 days and still they will call 2 hours before the check out time to get ready, they will actually irritate you to check out by making phone calls to you, that is there service and they literally don’t know how to talk to ladies. Their tag line is check in to comfort, I swear to you, you will not find any comfort there.

The price of the food is very high in this hotel and if you are carrying food from outside the staffs and management are not allowing for the same in a very unappropriate manner. No wonder the room and service are good but the only loop hole is they are not allowing outside food.

Rooms are ok but the staff is arrogant.. they literally dont know the meaning of hospitality.. the guy at the reception doesnt know a thing and the lady boss is over the top arrogant and blunt.
