SANTINIKETAN HOTEL & RESORTS

Wonderful experience on 19-08-2022 due to strong ocean wind and heavy rain. Lovely ambience. Easy to visit beach, staffs are too polite and generous except 1 staff in restaurant taking order in morning shift. Room service is also good. Rooms are good but needs little bit maintenance. Swimming pool is good and clean. Kid's play area also in good condition.

We stayed in Dormitory room and it was not good. Bad odor, loose tiles, broken window curtains were there. Service was good. Food quality was not good but expensive.

When we booked the hotel room we received messages regarding confirmation of booking with daily rate but once we went there, they told rate has been changed and asked for more money. This is ridiculous and non professional.

Hotel is sea facing. Employees are good in behavior.

we were 9 friends who visited during the weekend and we had booked a 4 bedded room and a 5 bedded room for us. but on reaching there we found out that the 2 room types are quite far apart. they offered us two 5 bedded rooms instead without any extra charge. that was just the beginning. be it late night request for extra bed sheets or request to freeze our beer, or late requests for snacks. they were on top of it. i would say. we felt privileged with that kind of service. oh and the food is amazing. be it the fries or tandoori or chinese. everything tasted sooo good. i can't think of our holiday to be any better. we will so definitely be back.

It was a pleasant stay. Great location. Approach road is not very good but other than that facilities and room are up to the mark. Pool access is there. Sea is barely 10 metres away.

DO NOT EAT from the in-house restaurant unless you are okay with the VERY BAD service. For really tasty food and amazing service, go to Smriticharan beach shack. Truly brilliant and heartwarming service.

Ambiance was great at night also you can visit sea beach any time or sit in the resort’s sea facing chairs and enjoy it. Over all it was a great experience, one issue was reaching to the resort, as the distance from bus stand to resort is huge and you need to reserve cabs or auto, you must bring all your needy items with you or buy in advance as you wont get any shops near the resort.

This resort is situated near the sea shore where we enjoyed with fabulous 😍 view of the beach. The staffs are cooperative and ready with their services for their respective guests.
We really enjoyed the Christmas in this resort.

Hotel was good in location.
Staff was good in behavior.
But the MANAGER is the WORST person. Very bad in behavior and louder.
OWNER of the hotel " please change your manager otherwise ... "

Wonderful experience at SANTINIKETAN HOTEL & RESORTS.

Nice location just front of the sea beach. Staffs are well behaved and helpful. This property having a swimming pool and ample space at play ground which includes tennis court, children's activity area, sitting arrangement with table and chairs.

The restaurant serves delicious foods with wide range of varieties. We don't have complain about the quality but quantity must be improved as compared to the price.

Overall it's a wonderful experience with them. I wil recommend others to stay here it you are planning for Mandarmani.
