Our recent stay at the hotel was terrible. The room was very small and the bedsheets were dirty. The blankets were dirty and there was insects in all the rooms. The owner of the hotel was very arrogant on the phone. Rooms were very costly, the map location was also wrong.

We ignored the rating of this hotel before booking and made abig mistake. The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets amd blankets were dirty and smelly. There was sand all over the carpet floor. The staff behaviour was okay and the toilets were usable. The overall the hotel was dirty and over priced.

The hotel is situated near darjeeling mall.Condition descent, behaviour of hotel staff is sufficient good enough.They provide breakfast,lunch ,dinner accordingly.

The word TERRIBLE is the fittest one word description goes with this hotel. Let me start from the tarriff, MMT charded me Rs. 2903 for 2night on Deluxe rooms. But no such Deluxe facility was provided. Room was very damp. Comode flash not working, one plug point was working among three. No tv was there only set top box was there. Bathroom has no ventilation system. One of the worst hotel I ever seen.

This hotel is not a proper hotel to stay if you are in a enjoyable tour of Darjeeling. .because,
1. Hotel is about 700 meter walking distance from Mall market. 2. Road near this hotel is almost 45° steep & narrow..walking with trolly bag by this road is very risky for travellers. 3. There is nothing such as "room service"..staffs are very much careless & doesn't bother about travellers. Every time receptionist was absent. 4. They didn't check proper id proof..so it's very unsecured place. 5. Don't come here if you have old people with you. 6. Rooms are very much tiny,small. DON'T GO THERE! Only positive thing was..Geyser was working..:)

Water crisis is big problem in this hotel. No water found in toilet tap even in the morning during stay at hotel. No one take call. Price is high comparatively facility given in the room varies 1500 to 1800 indian rupees.
