Hotel Amber

Although the food was fine, however, rest of the services along with the staff's behavior was not at the par of what you would expect from a hotel. Humanistic element zero. Not at all cordial in receiving the guests and making them comfortable with the stay. Refused a couple of services which were already listed in their description! Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

I stayed here first time. rating is over rated and mostly locals are staying in this hotel. End of the day I could find only one more business traveler. Located in between a market place near Tanishq showroom, we will assume the hotel to be well maintained. I had booked executive room with breakfast for better facilities. The room allotted to me was 102 which had a zero missing waiting to be replaced. That itself was demoralizing. Too tired, I sat on one of the sofas. after sometime, I observed the sides of the sofa to be dirty and no dry cleaning had been done for many months. While rest looked settled, I curiously checked the pillows and the bed sheet. Overturning the pillows I find lots of fallen hair on each of these pillows. I requested for a change and then it was inspected and changed by the hotel. I was so tired that i wanted to take a nap and around 9 pm ordered food which was decent and well priced. however, while sleeping when I overturn the bed sheet, I find spots on the bed sheet itself and not at all clean. it was already late and i avoided to call the lobby. next morning while bathing, I realized the bathroom shower location had no doors and it was a open door. I also find the soap rack very dirty. then to my horror, the exit trap was filled with human fallen hair which may not had been removed over many months while people may have come and gone. And no one complained. there was only two towels and no hand towel. Toilet pan itself had stains and I cleaned it with rough paper. no toilet rolls and no tissue paper in room. the Tea coffee rack was shabby. Morning breakfast had option for allo bhaji, paratha and bread omelette with tea. no other option, no seasonal fruit, no milk, coron flakes or anything else. finally, the streets around the hotel were lovely but very dirty with rubbish gathered at every corner. no fault of hotel but it seemed rudrapur municipalities were not all concerned with all the garbage lying around. not recommended for business traveler and also for any city traveller travelling with family.

Rooms are good as it is a 3-star hotel. Also room service is good as if you are not in room for the noon time they clean your room, bathroom, keep bottles of mineral water. You have no place for drying up your clothes and laundry service is available here. You have to ask repeatedly for jags of water. Restaurant foods are good out there.

I staying here , its good hotel and house keeping team was very good and very help full team.the rooms are well. Food is also good . I like daily different towel arts in my room and I am enjoying my stay thanks team I love it .....

Very Good safe Stay. Very clean and hygenic rooms. Delicious food. Very cooperative hospitality by Mr. Gopal (Manager) and all the hotel staff.
Looking forward to stay at Amber once again.

It's a good hotel, best room's, bathroom were neet and clean, linens also clean.
Room service are fast and well behaved staff. But there is an electric problem here.The light was going off again and again.There was a lot of commotion.But it's all minor problems.Overall hotel is great.

A overall good place to stay, neat rooms. Furniture nicely placed. Value for money.
Being in heart of city. Traffic and parking is an issue.

I m really upset by the taste of good.I ordered Manchurian fried rice but the rice was not fully cooked any how i are that because I was literally hungry nd for now I m suffering from bad stomach pain . really disappointed by the service
