Ramada by Wyndham

Booked the table for 11 people for my nephew's bday. I enquired about bringing few balloons to decorate our table and to my surprise the hotel guys decorated our table in advance with few balloons without any additional cost. Now coming to the food, it was kind of okay neither good nor bad. Pricing is okay but the food preparation is definitely not as per Ramada standards. I am sure they can improve their food preparation in future. Staff was quite courteous but the table service was not that great as waiters were busy with another bday party on the same day.

Good rooms & amenities available. Varied cuisine and a sumptuous buffet breakfast. Well mannered and courteous staff. Made our stay memorable. Hotel has adequate parking. We were part of a large group and the staff handled everyone with efficient and calm manner.

The hospitality is great. The room indeed was nice. Could not use their pool and spa as I was there for a short time. Had my breakfast there which was also very nice. Moreover, the location is great. You get many showrooms and restaurants nearby.

Visited here for a lunch. Food was good, and service average. People seemed lost due to some reason.
Maybe the place was occupied and staff was less. I don't know just a guess.
The food quantity was good and taste was fantastic. But not upto the mark as a person excepts from Ramada.

It was an excellent stay. They upgraded to our room to suite which was very spacious. The room had brilliant interiors. The breakfast was so amazing. And the staff was very hospitable.

Location is good. Staff conduct and approach is very nice Mr Shubham served us very well during our stay. I am just changing my star rating because of on last day of my check out from the hotel I had a very bad experience there was heavy smell of cigarettes smoking coming in my washroom during the night stay on 17-02-2023 I informed reception they sent their maintenance person he checked and informed the hotel as complete cigarettes smoke was felt in the washroom I also showed him that the room's fire alarm system is not active this is unpleasant and horrible experience

Thanks to Ramada Staff for making our stay comfortable during our visit. Everyone took well care. Especially Mr Shubham and Ms Palak in restaurant made us comfortable and took good care of us during breakfast. Thanks again .

Visited here for a birthday celebration of my nephew, Didn't like the service at all, Not very customer centric , Not able to serve properly, They changed the menu items, Noodles were just plane noodles, without taste.
Everytime we have to call them for serving even then they were not coming with the dishes already prepared, for the whole table they didn't have that much manners to serve everybody.they ask only 2-3 people then gone for like 20 minutes.For every menu item they were like served after we have had enough of asking , They put few items in the bowl which was already cold and they put it on table, just like completing the formality.

I didn't like the food at all, At the time of booking they were genuinely confirming about the taste and they changed the item like we asked for choco cherry moose and they offered something else.

Brownie was also cold not properly served like hot and cold combination, even the basic fresh lime was too bad.

I would give only one star not expected from such a big brand name.
