Hotel Vinayak Grand

I live in Haridwar only. It was my parent's wedding anniversary but it all got ruined . The restaurant was nice till the last year. But now when I visited after a long time. Its service had become worsened. Firstly, when we enter the restaurant it was full of suffocation then I enquired about the dishes that were mentioned on the menu but the response of the staff was not satisfactory.
After all, we ordered soup. What soup is, it is meant to be hot to digest the food. But it was cold like that it can be drunk like water and at last, we ordered a chilly potato it was so sweet that it's like we are eating a bare sugar and ants were dancing in the dishes in which we were served.

I paid 274 rs, you people must be ashamed that a street vendor can cook more healthy and hygienic, provide a better packaging and provide and can provide far far better quality of food.
The quality and packing is pathetic that it was not of cost 74 rs. You must understand that you are loosing the customers good customers.

Please don't even consider this just by name, there is nothing grand here and not even tinyest close to vinayak.

Very poor quality food. Bad service weither not attend dinning order loose talk. Very very bad service this hotel restaurant. Dhaabe me kh lena isse acha.

The quality of the starter is too bad and tastes very bad.
We ordered chicken tikka, chicken tandoori and the chilly chicken.
The overall experience was not good.

Cockroach in biryani. I have ordered Biryani from Zomato on 1st Oct 2022 from Vinayak grand and surprised to this negligence and unhygienic food condition in this reputed hotel. I was never expected This is unacceptable

The place was awesome but the toilet is very dirty and unmaintain at 4th floor

Mr. Mangal Singh/ Manager is a very nice guy, gives personal attention too

Service needs improvement on top priority!

Food quality is good ,beds are little bit not very good but it's fine
