Four Points by Sheraton Dehradun

Extremely friendly staff. The manager, Mr. Amit was very help and accomodating of our requests. Awesome food layout during breakfast and dinner. Delicious 😋 food. loved the starters too. Clean property. It's at prime location and well connected to malls, bakery and other outlets.

My parents' (both Senior Citizens) recent stay in Four Points by Sheraton Dehradun was excellent. The following were the highlights of their wonderful stay:

1) High quality of breakfasts and meals.

2) Cleanliness of their room and hotel premises.

3) Warm hospitality and wonderful care by hotel staff.

4) Punctuality of service.

5) Extra efforts by front office staff for an overall comfortable stay.

Overall, they had a very memorable stay and would definitely recommend this property.

We went to this hotel to celebrate birthday of my son. It was a great experience as the staff helped us along in the celebration by decorating our room and giving complimentary cake which was yum. Special thanks to Harshita, Amit Bisht and Neha for making such efforts which made the day memorable.

Located in Rajpur Rd, there's still some renovation going on resulting in construction noise during the day till 8pm. Service was decent but rooms a tad small for the city. The dining hall faces the Mussoorie range which is a nice sight. Left my coat hanger in the wardrobe which went missing the next day after check out.

The rooms were not updated as per the current standards of Sheraton or Hyatt.I stayed a night earlier at the Fairfield Marriott at the same price.Fairfield Mariott was clearly the winner here.I was given a call at midnight to share the booking details as they had not received the payment from the third party app.I asked them politely to ask for the same during check in but I did share the details on WhatsApp immediately so that I am not disturbed again.

Bakwaas hotel in Dehradun 👎👎👎👎👎. We stayed there for a day in Jan and thoroughly disappointed. The room corridor is fully carpeted which is quite dated and not a good feeling 🤧 The hotel is fully under renovation 🔨⚒️🔩🔧🛠️and the room give was pathetically small. One of the stupidest features of this hotel is a centralized so called AC for the rooms wherein u cannot adjust the temperature. Breakfast spread is average😶 while the tariff is ultra expensive💰. Overall a forgetful experience 💨 and never again ⛔️ to this chain of hotels. 👎👎👎👎👎. Do not even browse this hotel and totally waste of time ⏳⏲️. There are obviously more better and quality hotels at cheaper tariffs in the vicinity that one could go for.

Being such a good restaurant couldn't believe their chef didn't know how to cook food . It was my girlfriend's birthday decided to have dinner there. We order Lal Mas and chicken briyani both of them were uncooked. It felt like we are eating raw meat 🤢🤮

This place is honestly the worst to put up at! The rooms are okayish and not great! Breakfast has a limited spread.
The service is horrible - there is construction going on in the hotel and the noise that is going will only hinder your peace of mind and cause discomfort and disturbances.
The receptionist "Amit" only wanted to get the room sold off and looked clueless when I told him about the issue.
Even after complaining several times the issue was not taken care of.
As guests we pay the full amount for the room at a really high price and my stay was just a rip off for money.
To anyone reading this - there are far better hotels in Dehradun and this place is a disgrace to be a part of Marriott bonvoy the service is very bad and NOT VALUE for money.
