Great stay with amazing view but you have to walk upwards to reach the hotel. You will feel breathlessness to reach. Hotel staff was courteous, helpful and food was good. Being a 5 star property I expected rooms to look more beautiful with superior interior work like walls needs painting.

We came in the month of September which was supposedly a lean season here. Food options in the hotel were limited due to low occupancy. Service was slow and somewhat unprofessional.
Property isn't bad. This place can do much better. Hope to see some improvement in future.

My weekend stay was amazing. From the ambience of the property to the food, everything was fantastic.
10/10.
Mr. Joe Philips was very kind and accommodating to our requests. He made sure that we got everything we needed.
Hats off to the lovely service and the welcome :)

Hey guys . Hotel was fantastic. Rooms were neat and clean. Got little bit of vintage feeling as it might built from palace of any king. I’m attaching a photo for your reference. Food was nice . One of the attendees Ms Pooja was so generous and helpful. Overall good experience. Hotel is near to the mall road just 5 min walking distance. Just one little drawback we felt was the height of hotel. Since it it situated at height, we felt little discomfort. However it is negligible. Also hotel is on main road near to mall road hence out tempo traveller was not allowed inside city so had to book a taxi for the same .

The hotel is located 5 mins from the mall road and is surrounded by some great food options. The building is a nice heritage structure and the rooms were large & spacious and bed and shower are praiseworthy. However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired and there was a foul smell emanating from the toilets which was filling the rooms and the corridor on the ground floor. I brought it to the staff's notice but they just shrugged their shoulders and did nothing. I left the room windows open in the chilly weather which made it better. Overall, a good place which could be fantastic if maintained well.

Very nice property with lot of antiquity value. Location is also great - not too far from the Mall, but far enough to be away from the maddening crowd. Very nice service with excellent staff. Highly recommended place to stay.

We had a very nice stay here. Property has a vintage theme and have all the facilities that a good hotel have to offer. The service provided is very good, Ms Pooja and her staff were very courteous . Mall road is walking distance from here. The only negative thing is you have to climb around 30-40 metres to reach the hotel
