Location is best part about this property..You will beautiful sunset from this property. Cars can be parked about 300 meter from the resort. You will not hear traffic or any other disturbing noise here. Rooms have hot water 24 by 7. Big french window will let you see different color sky throughout the day. Their chef is also good, food is amazing.staff is super helpful. Not for elderly. Recommended for groups, and couples.

The resort location is very good and surrounded by mountains on the three sides. We read a lot of reviews about the food in this resort and that made us book a short stay here. The food was so good that we wanted to extend our stay by one day just to have 3 more meals at the resort. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. There might be minor inconveniences you might face if you are very particular about things but you have to keep in mind that you are booking a 3 star property and paying accordingly for that so expecting 5 star facilities or feel would be something wrong with your expectations. But this place is worth every penny that you spend. Nice and clean rooms, nice location, humble and polite staff and above everything else..... Amazing food (only vegetarian).

It is a hidden gem in pangot.... Beautiful open property. It has mindblowing scenic view of mountains. Sunset can also be enjoyed well from property itself. It had it's own parking hardly 200m away from hotel. From parking have to go through little trek. (Car cannot reach there). We took one room in two storey cottage.Room was wooden built cozy, neat and clean with TV. Quite place only birds chirping can be heard whole day. Staff was very helpful and polite. Great and great food especially dinner meals. Breakfast had limited variety but very tasty. Special thanks to Mr. Pathak very humble man. We booked it for one day but after experiencing the place we extended our stay one more day.

We went there with elder parents. This place is for youngsters. There is not direct access to the property and one needs to park the car atleast 300 mtrs away and the walk throught the property Jungle Lore then a small trail. Not the best for elders to walk. The property has a lot.of stairs as well so that should be your consideration as well.
The rooms are ok ok they are not maintained. In my parent's room the light in the washroom was out, the shower / tap was faulty. In our room the first night we had to get the bedsheet changed and ask them to clean the washroom the next day as it wasn't clean.
I would expect if you are checking in guests one needs to pre clean and fix issues.
The service staff is extremely humble, smiling and helpful. They were running around to make sure we are comfortable.
The food is also good not all the dishes but one may find something in the Breakfast and Dinner buffet to like.
One may feel restricted as there is a trail walk to even reach the main road / market.
The property had other guests that were very loud and we wanted some peace so we really felt stuck.
The views and the weather was amazing and overall we enjoyed but cut short our trip by one day because of the rooms and the location of the hotel, as we felt stuck.

Overall Good experience, room were clean n cozy, away from the chaos of Nainital main market, if one prefers a peaceful location this hotel can be considered, reaching this place one should have their own vehicle and skilled driver needed coz roads are narrow. There is parking facility but no direct approach to this hotel one has to park at some distance and walk about 250 mtrs up and down path, senior citizen may not be able to walk, Hotel has a restaurant facility and food is good. special thanks to sanjay who made things easy to move luggage from parking upto the hotel and arranging the ordered meals. There is no market nearby its only for someone who loves natures beauty and peace

The stay here was amazing! From rooms to hospitality to food everything was great! It's a treat to nature lovers and people who want peace. A Must Visit place!! Will definitely visit again! Thank you to the staff for making my stay amazing and memorable.
