OYO Sunita Mount View

The hotel staff are impolite and crooks including the owner and the manager, dirty rooms full of flies and mosquitoes, washroom is hell and very dirty, dirty linen, towels and bed sheets, bedbugs will keep you awake entire night. Hotel name is Mount view but there is no such view, there are tall buildings in front of hotel. Staff are using abusive language and don't have basic etiquettes. For double occupancy they will give only one towel, one soap for the entire period of your stay. TV, bathroom flush, fan regulators are not working. No table or chairs in the room, below quality food and charges are very high. Unsafe for female travellers as the glass windows are transparent with no curtains. The owner got very angry when we complained and he said that everything is okay and equal to the amount we paid through OYO. Entire staff was like a gang of cheaters. They overcharged my food bill. Horrible experience. Not recommended at all. Booked the room through OYO however the hotel guys kept on saying that they have stopped entertaining OYO bookings and harrassed us too much. No help provided by OYO also as we have paid the money in advance.

A full facility hotel with veg and non veg options.
It has large and clean rooms, clean toilets, friendly staff and peaceful environment.
It can be considered as the best plce to stay when you are anywhere near Almora, Uttarakhand.

They will tell you nearby tourist spots and help you with every problem.

All in all, it is a good place (best, in fact) to stay, with or without family. The food is good and can be prepared as per your directions.

My personal experience was really very very very good.

Property owner was too rude. water supply can be unavailable at any time so you could check water availability before using washroom. T.V. cable workS hardly any time. In my stay i didn,t saw lift in a working condition. Cleaning was pathetic.

Hotel staff misbehaved with me. I have booked a room in this hotel from oyo but hotel manager denied that booking and asked for double money. When I argued and told him about Oyo booking then He didn't give me room that night, instead he abused me and misbehaved with my family. I have to book another room in another hotel.

Near to main market on mall road Almora.
Rooms with mountain / valley view are nice, clean, airy, well lit. Rooms have a small balcony, from which evening/night view of the city can be enjoyed. Washrooms are clean, hot water is available 24*7.
Service is slow. At times you have to remind twice.

The rates are negotiable.

Very bad experience even 1500 rupees tariff... no kitchen, staff behaviour was not so good. Even rooms booked before one week, staff provided very poor room to us no geaser operating walls has moisturefull, not suitable for childrens...parking space is nice, hotel location is good

Visiting this property since 3-4 years ago..no problem persist, but this time so disappointing. Money is no matter but service should be upto the mark

One of the worst hotels ive ever visited, room service here was extremely poor, the washroom of the hotel had no flush working, the TV also won't work, the bed's condition was pathetic they did not even clean the bedsheets Or even change it, blankets weren't clean either, no hot water available even having a jaquar water heater, the bed was hard as hell!
The food quality of this place was extremely bad, we ordered parathas and there was no stuffing inside! Pls Don't Choose this hotel!

Rooms are good Spacey food is ok ok but very good hotel in budget stay. Best thing is parking facility is available that's biggest problem in budget hotels in hill area.
