We went in a big group of 10 people, 3 families.
We took the family suite room which was prices around 15K/night
Loved our stay.

It also had live singing in the night with bonfire 🔥

Stayed in this property for 1 night and not at all a satisfied with this hotel. Property is not well maintained at all. Only the front outlook is maintained to attract customers. Rooms are clean but the bed and the mattress are gone for good. Served food with insects and food is not at all good. And water was not coming in the washrooms so we have intimated the same to front office team then they have shifted us to another room, there also we have experienced the same issue moreover geyser was not at all working so again we have intimated the same but they didn't respond. So we had negative experience hence not recommended.

A well organised, warm and an amazingly beautiful resort.
What adds to the beauty of this place is the homely feeling that one derives from here.
The well kept and neat rooms add to the satisfaction level.
It is difficult to name and specify the factors that add on to your contentment level.....All that I can say is that the relaxation level here in this scenic beautiful resort us intoxicating.

Good hotel. Very close to mall road. Its a heritage property. High ceilings. They just need to work on their TV and cable. Parking was in campus. They also upgraded our which was nice.

Good food, Excellent service, clean and cosy room and a complimentary bonfire.. All staff members are very generous and helpful. Nearby the city centre they have ample of car parking

Very pleasant and memorable stay. Tidy and plush rooms. Food is delicious and home like. Staff is very courteous and is always eager to help you out even if you have unusual requests. They go out of their way to make your stay relaxed. Nitin, Gopal and Basant to name amongst the best of them.

Very badly maintained property. Pathetic food . very bad experienced with this . Such a bad property with high rates. We can say this old heritage property with no maintenance. Demotivated staff and most imp thing is RATS are in room and once we have complained for this staff is replying it’s old property that’s why . Very bad experience. The only good is front reception look which attract tourist.

Very nice experience in Royal hotel. All hotel staff is well behaved and cooperative. Many many thanks to GM Mr Bisht sir. Defenettlly I will visit again and again.
