Hotel Cloud 7

The hotel rooms are good. You can see the lake from top floor only and they have shared balcony. A cafe at roof where you can sit anytime but the cafe closes at 10 pm . The staff was also good. It doesn't have the best lake view but you can see the lake from this hotel. We went out at 10 pm and came back around 1 am and the staff waited for us to lock the gate.

Provide dirty room. Too much dust every where. Broken toilet sheet.While I complaint to manager mansoor.
I booked room for my guest.
Mr mansoor is so arrogant. It's not a guy from hospitality he is like from govt hospital.
On complaining he shouts on me , very bad guy.
Avoid to stay at cloud 7 nainital.
I have all the conversation recorder .
Please provide his owner no or else I will mail it to his owner

Location is just in market. easily you can get any daily need items. lake can be seen clearly from top restaurant.
rooms are small but washroom are not upto mark. no lift, no parking, is a cons of property. Can consider if available in low price.

Nice spacious rooms available in this hotel for a family of 4 people or groups of 4 people. The hotel is located on a busy street so parking your vehicle can be a problem. The rooms are well maintained and the staff is also very helpful. They have luggage storage space as well so even if you checked out from the room, you can ask them to store your luggage while you explore the town. Overall I had a good experience with my stay here.

To whom it may concern, this is my 2nd time in this property and I would say, they never leave any chance to amaze and satisfy their guests. The entire staff including Mr. Sunil - Hotel Manager is highly cordial, efficient, good human being and what not? Not just this, the location of the property, cleanliness, food everything is top notch. We have been visiting this property from the time when a lady (the owner) used to manage the hotel. Unfortunately she is no more but still their the present owner - Mr. Puneet managing the property so well. 10 stars to the entire staff and hotel. We are truly satisfied

Stayed for 2 night with friends.. say was good.. didn't order much however, the tea was refreshing.. room were hygienic.. a bit small accommodation.. location is quite far from mall road.. u have to walk.. no means of public transport to location... Staff was supportive and polite.. overall a satisfied stay.

Stayed there on Dec 30 and Dec 31. It was a pathetic experience. We booked our rooms and paid in advance 24000 for 2 days for 2 rooms on Dec 30 they provided us the room on first floor and on Dec 31 they told us you have to check out because your room is on ground floor they haven’t informed us at time of booking which is pathetic I haven’t seen any where in the same hotel 1 day you are getting a room on first floor or second day on ground floor so please confirm twice at the time on booking otherwise hotel staff is creating a mess, in terms of hospitality is totally zero we call them no body is responding service is very bad, staff is very bad I never recommend for this hotel to anyone.

It was really good experience to stay in this hotel staff was ver supportive and room was very clean washroom also very clean overall it was excellent experience to stay in cloud 7 thank you .
