Good hotel but sometimes staff members not supportive,

I stayed here for two days. I loved the location. Great service and excellent food. Rooms are too good.

This is one of the best hotel in Dehradun , budget friendly ,staff n food is very nice , Top of that this Hotel is situated in the Heart of the City near to Railway station & isbt bus station ... Cheers Hotel calista

Quick check in, early check in based on availability
Precisely value for money (2000 for 1 night in Oct 22)
Hot water available via geyser
Cons :
Breakfast available only after 7.30 am
Staff unaware about local sightseeing
Clean but torn towels
No doormat for the bathroom

Good location, decent food, but the service is very slow, didnt like the vibe from front desk staff, telephone in the room was not working, room didnt had towel and soap, plus the shower was also broken nd missing.
