Ashokas Naini Chalet Pangot

I visited this hotel with my friends. Our stay was simply amazing! The rooms were clean, the staff was very caring and attentive, and the location was perfect for a nice vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. Especially the breakfasts were delicious and the beautiful view from the balcony was stunning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. The view from the hotel room was really majestic. The location is fantastic. As expected, the rooms were fantastic. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was also pretty good. One of the finest places to hang out with friends and family while staying on property.

Great experience. Had stayed here last month & I must tell all the staff were really good. The management there is amazing. Food is also really good and the way staff served it is appreciated. The Politeness and behaviour of staff/management which is making me writing this. I will definitely recommend my colleagues this Hotel. And will looking forward to stay here again very soon.

Great location, The hotel is clean, good ambience and architecture. The staff is helpful and polite. The breakfast had decent variety and yummy food. The garden view rooms have a nice balcony. Definitely worth the money.

Comfortable stay! Nice and warm people across the reception, main gate and entrance. Processes are friction free. Interiors are not the most modern given the age of the property maybe but functionally, it ticks all the boxes definitely.

The staff was friendly, polite and humble. Food was delicious. The lodge was spacious and the view from our balcony was beautiful. This is wonderful place for bird watching also. love wifi speed and conectivity. One of the best place I have visited.

Located in Panghot(almost foothills of Nainital) this retreat is surely a hidden gem for explorers. Not very far away from the main city, this property is nestled in between the beauty of the valley and kisses the clouds.

The hospitality meted out is top notch, right from check in to the in to room amenities is in place. The staff is very cooperative and in such getaways where one needs peace of mind, they are understanding and not extremely intrusive. To name a few in the entire experience, Umender(Booker), Madan and Kishore at the hotel were proactive and prompt.

The Food is good but i felt the services to be the show's topper. the genuine effort to make a guest comfortable and happy while also ensuring to take the pause and let me enjoy my time was the best part. The chef's were kind enough to make me a couple of meals of my preference out of their usual menu which is highly appreciated.

Overall, I would say, this is not your usual hotel that works on a very strict policy and procedure, but is genuinely a place where people are flexible and you can go and relax and enjoy the nature.
