Hotel Blue Lagoon

Poor management with mean staff at reception. Feedback during stay:
1. Bedsheet stains
2. No complimentary water. Charged at checkout.
3. Exhaust not woking.
4. TV not working.
5. Worst tea served of cost Rs 60 per cup.
6. Wrongly billed for tea

my experience with this hotel is not positive. The things I experienced were worst. Firstly the staff is not polite and the service in this hotel is very poor it takes them an hour to do as directed, also in the beginning they allotted us an room where ac wasn't working and when we discussed this problem with them they use to rudely reply that it takes at least 30 mins for an air conditioner to work, we also have an ac at our home and we know how much time it takes! the staff misbehaves a lot but finally they changed our room after getting tired of our complaints, like this we changed 3-4 rooms but none could satisfy us. secondary in the 4th room which was allotted to us the shower wasn't there like the connection of shower was available but the shower wasn't placed there and the bathroom was so untidy and unhygienic and also they had no tea or coffee serve and the bed was too uncomfortable my back still aces after sleeping on that spring bed overall my experience was terrible I feel brave to survive in such hotel.and this was the worst hotel I could ever have this is not expected

Shower dropped at my head. Water bottle provided in 45 minutes after 2 phone calls. Bathroom is just like only for 2 year old chield. We can't move our hands because it is only 2 fits wide. Cleanness is very very poor. Water bucket and doormats were provided after complaint at reception. Parking is not available. Bad sheets not provided at second day. Door locks can be open by screw driver. They said locks are china made, what we can do for this 😳. Only and only location is very good. Baki to yaha kabhi mat rukna plz.

4. Poor condition of room, used sheets and dirty washroom floor.
5. Highly priced room when in reality no services were provided to us.
6. No parking facility.

Decent hotel.
Mid of the town.
Spacious and clean room and washroom.
Only one negative point, they don't have a kitchen.
Even tea has to be ordered from outside.

disgusting rooms with extremely poor service , everything is extremely dirty and no hot water at all, the shower is broken and cockroaches everywhere, do not recommend at all.

We had to stay here with my family for a night due to an emergency.
We experienced very poor service and pathetic house keeping and cleanliness of rooms.
They doesn't provide any amenities, shower was broken, flush knobs were broken, hand shower was broken.
The person on front desk denied to provide us a bed sheet as the bedsheet of the bed was not cleaned, had spots on it.
We will not never visit this property again. I personally won't suggest to stay here if you are coming with family.

Third class hotel.... Every things are not properly doing like bathroom r not clean... Stuff also lazy...if u stay here may be light automatically take off.. Door lock automatically... (If forget the key) .. Dirty bed sheet. Not working bathroom equipment properly... Over all u waste ur money... Ac not working
