Our stay was awesome...rooms are very big with lot of space and with a beautiful garden in its front...we enjoyed our morning tea there with a lovely overview of lake...

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable and it’s a very beautiful hotel situated right in front of the lake. The staff is very courteous and makes sure that your stay is relaxing. The rooms are very spacious and tidy at the same time. You can enjoy amazing and delicious food served at the hotel. If you are looking for a pleasant experience in Nainital, this hotel is the best one to stay in!

We stayed here for a day, we had booked 2 rooms, when we booked they gave us payment slip, and while checking out they took that back and not given us final bill or even Xerox/picture of that payment slip, when we asked they told only pay another 12% GST than only we give you bill/Xerox. I asked them to take picture for travelling if police asked to show us we can show them but they refused. We also told give bill of one room instead of 2, but still they refused and stuck only on more money. This is so much ridiculous behaviour of management and also of waiter staff. Rooms are smelly no hot water for bath or drink, even not giving electric kettle. Disappointed too much.

Owner told us 3days before our check-in date to not book online as to save the meditator money and they got many rooms. But when we reached the hotel, he told us all the rooms are filled.

We had Horrible Experience as there is no facility of geyser Nainital is a Famous Tourist Place.. we were earlier very happy when we reached in the hotel we saw the Hotel and Courtyard were very old types..Bas dekhkr aisa he lga paise kamane se matlb hain baaki old type of shelter,,, The charges is too high. bad food bad tea...please make and give it new aura. I will recommend the people not to stay and we will never go back again for sure...
