I know this one negative review in the whole pool of great reviews would not matter to anyone, but I will still give it a try. No one is bothered if i am saying AC is not working. Hotel changed my room and still the same, and the funny part is I am writing it from the hotel room. Basically all in all if there is any issue you facing, just be ready to be on your own after paying a hefty amount of money. Just remember whatever you paid, do not remember that after paying(simple solution of this hotel)

Amazing view. helpful staff. good location. over all a full package of luxurious stay. The pool which our kids and we both are enjoyed. the area of a room was very big and the staff who can help you to assist anything anytime.

Great loacation and a very comfortable stay..staff had been very courteous and willing to help. Room quite well appointed and very clean linens. Room service was prompt and were able to service specific dietary requirements. Icing on the cake been a trip around in the heritage car..Overall very comfortable and relaxing stay..

This hotel was too bad..the service was not up to the mark...we ordered milk at 11 pm and we received in the mid night around 2am...in morning we ordered aloo parantha for the baby..that we didn't received even..they don't have proper crockery to serve even..the style to clean tha plates before giving to guest was by deflating the air from his mouth ....

Very comfortable stay however little bit overpriced may be this is beacuse of not having any 5 or 4 star category hotel in Rudrapur. I have paid 4000+ tax in CP with single pax.

Everything was good ,as we were sitting in the bar ....we wanted our drinks to be served with Sprite or 7Up but they refused saying that the hotel does not get these 2 cold drinks....how can it be?

Located just close to the border with UP. A good place to relax, the pool looked clean. The food was decent.
