Everything was good untill we checked out. Manager asked money for late checkout. We were ready to pay full day charge. He told us tje charge which was more than that on Goibibo. I said him I will book the room for one extra day on Goibibo as the room is less costly there. He said ok. But as soon as I booked it on Goibibo. He started abusing us in bad manner. He said.... Tum jyada smart bante ho kya.. Mene room rokke rakha.. Aur you paid on goivibo... Aj ke baad koi room nai dunga.. Niklo yaham se... We disnt say anything because we were getting late for train... But that incident spoiled our mood...

The best part of hotel is it's location as it is very near to the railway station. Last month, we booked this place as taxi and bus services to mussoorie are available from the railway station.
This is place is very good in terms of location.
If you are planning to come here by your own vehicle then you have to go through the narrow road and parking is also very limited.
Service and food is good.
But they have to work on their room service as room was stinky and bathroom door lock was not working.

Nice Hotel with Nice rooms. We got it for 1350/- for 1 room. It's value for money.
Just one issue : FOOD IS VERY COSTLY here. The 100/- Rice is not even enough for 1 adult. Please note.
Otherwise, Hotel is overall very good with a Nice Terrace & Sitting Area.. 👍

Experience of staying here was really amazing. Though food is a little bit costly, but test is good. Walking distance from railway station and bus stand. Parking is also available.Go for it . Staff is really helpful. Safe for women.

Good 2 star hotel with neat and clean room and toilet. Location is awesome if u want to stay near Railway Station. Prices are also reasonable. Safe Parking space for 6-7 car atleast.
The only con is there if you are travelling by car the surrounding area having Traffic Jam most of the time as located in busy area.
Also, the wifi will work only on Reception Area not in the room at first floor.
This will only cost 2-3k to place router at first floor to fix this problem.

The hotel and room are very good. But the hotel owner doesn't allow guests to take outside food which is a negative point of this hotel. Also, you can't take your visitor to your room. There is a lift as well which is a bit small.

hotel to say the least. staff is so misbehaved and disrespect.zero hospitality .Bedding is a mess, pillow covers unchanged and unclean. Bedsheets are torn and that is also unchanged. Food is the worst part. no outside food allowed and food they supplied is trash. I checked in at 9pm hoping that its way past the check in time , the rooms will be ready and i will be given the keys instantly but ofcourse no. Inconvenience at its best here. the location is so secluded and unsafe.wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all.
