Hotel Ganges Park

nice service staff, co-operative, helped me a lot as it was new place for me,
good hotel friends.
and affordable too.

Hotel Ganges Park is worst.
They served bad food ( 3 din purani bassi khana).
No coordination among manager and waiter.
Manager is drunk.
No kind behaviour
No Response for mistakes.
No waiters available for attending group.
This hotel don't know ethics of hospitality sector.

For them a party is much more important than a group of people who are tourist for char dham Yatra.
All the waiters are busy in party.

Worst hotel ever.

If food is spoiled due to any issue. You can make members wait and be kind with them.
But this is not the way you serve food like this.

Its worst ever. AC has no remote and fan is too slow.. almost not working, no remedies for mosquitoes, stuff behavior pathetic, cleaning zero, beds not comfortable at all, pillows bedsheets and blankets smells bad as hell, overalls minus ratings. Don't go. Choose dharamshala over this

The rooms are so small and dirty. The Bedsheets were not washed and the pillows were smelling bad. I have asked the staff to change it, but they never changed and I had to change thwbplace next morning.

Only location is good. Food is very bad. Price of hotel is not match . Waste of money

Good location in front of Ganga (canal) ghat. Walking distance to road and other good restaurants. Average hygiene but accepted at the rate they are providing rooms.

The rooms were not that much clean, bathrooms were horrible. It is near the river, so that's the only plus point it has. There are better hotels there.

Good location, adjacent to govind ghaat but a weird smeel in room, we had to open room every time, before enter, for 5 min and turn on all the fan so that smeel can go outside.
