Hotel The Ganga Castle

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel.The room was quite spacious, neat & clean. Mr. Joshi was always there for any help.It's just 15min away from the Har ki podi, hot water is available 24hr with adequate parking space. Overall it was a great experience.

Fantastic hotel within budget. Very clean and nice room. Free wifi, large spacious and quality room, courteous staff, reasonable rates, gyser, AC, free parking and lot more.

We stayed there for 2 days, the room service is TERRIBLE.
We saw only 2 guys helping around everyone.They don't have any other staff than these two!

The food is overly priced with respect to the pathetic quality. We ordered Tea and Maggi- the maggi was priced at Rs. 50 and Rs70 and was made in the same oil as the sabzi. It tasted horrible.

The rooms are clean and the AC works fine.
The receptionist doesn't care that his customers are upset with the room service, at all. We even told him he has shortage of staff and he didn't bother to learn anything.

You could easily find a better hotel at this range. Hated the experience there.

Very poor room service. No towels, wardrobe, mineral water, toiletries,.. dinner was pathetic... And they are not even bothered if you are sharing a feedback...
Won't recommend to anyone ever....

Rooms are good, large and hygienic. I had a good stay at this hotel. And mostly whenever we visit Haridwar, we stay here only. They have restaurant too, i can say their food quality is average or good , but quantity is lil less as per price.
One star less coz i never had a good tasty chai ☹️

Rooms are good but can be kept cleaner. Convenient for two people to stay for a day or two. Service is fine. Bit far from main attractions of Haridwar which is a drawback. Also the road to hotel is too narrow but I guess that's the case with most of the roads in Haridwar.

We booked two rooms for four people ,they gave one room with extra bedding which was done on floor in one room in a very pathetic condition,it was so dirty.Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Behaviour of staff was also not friendly, they were like if you want to leave you can leave we can have people waiting.Contacted person name was Raju.

Excellent for stay, rooms are very clean, spacious and staffs sre very humble and good. Prices and very reasonable and all modes of transport are easily accessible and nearby. Parking space is also available. One can book without any second thought. Stay with friends and family with comfort. All above are my personal experience.
