OYO 30912 Neelam Raj

Very pathetic room. No service at all. Room is stinking and no hot water supply. Geyser has short circuit issue. They ask full amount before checkin. We recommend not to book this hotel at all.

Worst service, I don't have option to select 0 star otherwise I could have been. Room with 02 single bed..window broken, bedsheets were dirty, no water forget about hot water. Staff is helpless, no response to calls. Worst se bhi Worst hotel of my entire life. They make u to full pay while checking so u can't argue for payment. They ruined 😪 our trip.

Worst Place to Stay ! Bad Rooms complete fraud images on OYO. One of worst experiences I ever had with OYO. Please refer to this review as I have suffered and not one anyone else to go through same. Avoid this hotel.

Hotel staff is not helpful and didn't listen to us. Room quality was not good. Charged huge amount from us for 2 days stay only.

Bad service with high prices. They took 3 night's amount for the stay of 2 nights . Bad staff, not listened to us . Room was not good

The rooms were like gas chambers,we took it because there was no other option left(we were told by nainital cops on the bypass that those without hotel bookings can not enter)so the parking people on mountains called their people and they gave us these nests for 3.5k/night..bathroom was horrible,they don't even provide clean water to drink..it was like a war room with only 1 ventilation window..its was a daring choice 😂

Good hotel and service was excellent the work they are doing is awesome and the hospitality they are providing is awesome

One Hell of a Place. If you pay for extra mattrice. They come and throw in your room. You have to take care of yourself. Not at all helpful. Cigarette smoke smell in every room.
I would never pay ₹100 for this suite, But unfortunately, had to pay 2500.
Asked me to cancel from booking.com and said to save gst by paying in cash.(forcefully)
