Himalaya Hotel, Nainital

The heritage room (we got 107) was amazing. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Clean linens, lounging sofa, hot shower, working TV are inviting. There is a bit of a climb to get to the property entrance. We didn't have a car, so the uphill didn't matter much. The place is super close to the bus stand, Naini lake and boating tours, reasonably close to the zoo. The in-house restaurant was convenient if you get too lazy to walk down for more eating options.

Overall a wonderful and comfortable stay!

Trust me don't think twice before booking this place i loved it so much. the location , food ,staff everything was amazing. specially try there chicken its was delightful and i would like to mention the name of one of the staff member mr Dinesh his hospitality was amazing he help us a-lot 😄all staff member are very generous & friendly thank-you hotel Himalaya because of you guys will again plan my trip there asap🥰

Food taste, price & portion of food is very good
Deluxe rooms lake view is awesome specially C series rooms

1 suggetion: pls must provide the slippers for guests if they ask (because it's expectations) because floor was very cold

Note: Hotel in higher gradient location. Be extra care while drive your own vehicle

Rooms and Infrastructure is good on the positive side, Mini Golf is added advantage while staying here . Hotel is very steep , only expert driver can drive but their staff also helps in taking car in and down . But service is low quality. I booked room 003 , cell was not there in TV remote , I requested twice but nobody came . Intercom incoming call was audible but outgoing not audible , complaint this but nobody cared to correct it. They have good Infrastructure but service needs to be improved.

The place is pretty good, decent and very near to the bust stop. The staff is good and helpful and rooms are pretty clean. Only thing is that there is a timing for hot water in washroom from 8-1 then 6-8 rest everything was fabulous

Booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. Very rude behaviour of staff, receptionist and the owner himself. Charged rs.500 for a cracked table glass which was already broken when we checked in. They didnt inform about it until checkout and then secretly added it in final bill. When i asked then they started blaming us for the damage. We tried to talk with the owner but he was just the same. On the other hand, hotel staff secretly took 600/- tip from another person in our group who was unaware of this situation. Beautiful property in very bad hands!

On the plus side, the rooms and infrastructure are excellent, and playing mini golf while visiting is a bonus. Only experienced drivers should attempt to enter or exit the hotel due to its extreme slope, but the staff also offers assistance. The quality of the service is good, and the food quantity is awesome. I've reserved Room 002, where I can look at it. Overall, our experience was great.

Hotel is at very nice location. They have car parking facility also. Lake facing rooms and family suits are very nice. Rooms are clean and tidy
