OYO 22473 Divine

Horrible experience.. They behave very rudely to guests. They were asking 50 rs extra for switching on geyser for 5minutes. They take payment in advance., and never listens to your requirements. Rooms are dirty, bedsheet is shabby toilets are very bad

The staff was rude denied check in at first. After arguing for 20 min they provided with a room. The room itself was messy linen very all dirty. When we asked then to change it they denied the request. Even the breakfast was not provided. They said there kitchen start after 9 am.
After paying Rs 3100 for a room this is kind of service OYO provides. Really a very bad customer experience.

first they denied check in through OYO.Secondly after request they agreed but didn't provide the booked room.
I have booked 2 room each having 3 occupancy but provided 4+2 occupancy.
2. They insist not to pay online mode.
3 AC and TV was not working.
4 Room and linen was too dirty.
5 No breakfast was provided
6 Staff was very rude and arrogant.
7 One person booked 3 room but they provide them only 2 room when he complain to OYO they started misbehaving with him in front of OYO personnel.
Over all experience news very horrible.

Not much spacious and air circulation is not their. But the room was good and neat and clean. Good for single people and budget traveller , but for family you need to book other hotel as their room is small . Rest all is ok.

We don't want your apology. We want our money back! We are extremely dissatisfied with Oyo services.This hotel cancelled our booking after we paid the room rent saying that they are not in partnership with Oyo anymore. On the other side Oyo suggested to change the hotel just before our check in. We were not satisfied with the rooms and services provided by the other hotels so we wanted to cancel the booking. Oyo cancelled the booking with ZERO refund. If Anything Just Return Our Money.
I don't know about this hotel but we got our money back. Thankyou team Oyo

Worst experience. Never get into the tricks by rishkawalas at busstand. Small room, bathroom was not clean and definitely not hygienic. Hotel staffes were unprofessional and corrupted. Especially the staffs attending in the night were rude and not friendly. Don't order food after 9:30pm as they charges high price. Also they asked for service charge and tax at checkout even after paying whole amount at check-In.

It is not OYO, its private hotel now. Very bad smelly rooms, dirty bedsheets, dirty washrooms, ac not working, broken locks, noisy area, bad service, no card payment, coakroaches.

The worst hotel ever.. never ever seen such a dirty and third class hotel . Staffs are mannerless as well they don't know to greet and talk to guest. The rooms are dirty like anything and they even deny to change the bedsheets and covers first. Totally disgusting and pathetic.
Staying there is the worst nightmare ever. I had to stay there for one night because of the manipulative owner. Doesn't even worth of 90rs and they're charged 900 for the dirtiest room and washroom. Would never recommend this place. Better stay in any dhramshala .
