This hotel is too much worst. The manager will do buttering.
The room condition is good but the bathroom are too horrible, in bathroom taps are leaking and toilet seat is much damaged and dirty. There is also no arrengement for hot
water. Form my experience I highly recommend you to not rent this hotel.

I can say the worst hotel in Nainital is this one. They say they did not provide towels for hygiene but their blankets were so dirty with hairs all over.
The hotel staff did not provide with extra blankets and answered in the rudest manner possible.
Food was also not that good as they charged for it.
The manager will treat you in the goodest way until you take the room and ask for things.

Very Bad experience with hotel vinayak. Service is also very bad , I had the worst experience ever . Room is totally dirty . I was given a used bed without changed sheets , covered with stain , dirt and body hair . On complaint nothing was done . Have not maintain . COVID protocol . I paid in full and lost all my money and very rude behavior staff I am unsatisfied with the service because the condition of bathroom was worst , geyser was not working , blacknet was worst , even television was not working . Worst experience ever I never suggest any1 to go there I am totally unsatisfied with the staff also . very cheap staff behavior & rooms

I had extremely bad experience with goroomgo hotel experience & partially by agoda platform. I will try to explain it point wise.

1. I had booked hotel room on agoda at goroomgo lake view hotel. Upon visiting the hotel I came to realise that the room being offered did not match with the room we saw online on agoda website.secondly when we first made contact to the contact person shown in booking details he called us to some goroomgo hotel & later said yours is different gooroomgo hotel & again made us walk to that hotel. We were totally confused regarding the assurance that we're getting the same room we booked online as everything was below par experience which I will explain below. Also the manager of that hotel said we dont have booking of yours & I am giving you room just because goroomgo person from other hotel said so.
2. When we contacted their contact person she used unprofessional tone & kept disconnecting call rudely.
3.Hotel did not provide any toiletry except a 5rs soap & just a towel that to on request (I had booking for 2 people).
4. There was no geyser & had to ask the hotel people to give hot water in buckets which they used to bring on their convenience & sometimes needed 2-3 requests that to by physically going to the reception.
5. The curtains used for the rooms were semi-transparent & absolute disaster for couples & family.
6. Bed sheets were extremely dirty. After complaining a lot we got a different room but again dirty & unkept with just a little better view.
7.The rooms were not soundproof,rather attracted noises from road as well as people outside.
8. Charging point near bed did not work so technically no ease of using things for which they were supposed to be.
9. Room, its quality,services & issues if summarized were worth 500rs/day but we had to pay 2.5k/day just because we had booked online & had no choice & energy to look for alternatives at last moment.
10. Even the dish we asked from kitchen to have our parcel food in was so dirty that it looked like its not washed at all.

They are fooling customers by using same name hotels ending with 'lake view'.

Just location is good .....and that is because of the city nanital. But hotel is not good and staff Is too bed specially kuldeep, who is manager of the hotel his attitude is not good and not customer friendly and always ready to argue, he will take payment in advance collect your original I'd while you will stay in hotel.
So i suggest don't go in this hotel, city has many more hotels, you should stay in other hotel rather than this hotel .

Every thing is very bad .no service no hot water room is to small toilet is not clean phone is dead go and tell your order to the reception very very bad no go the pics is totally different to the reality 😞😞😞 spoiled my holiday

It was my grave mistake not the see the reviews at Google, it was really a pathetic experience, specially the receptionist and the other guy, they were not bothered to deal the customers. Moreover, don't judge the Hotel by its pics, In reality it was totally not maintained well, no proper hygene, . For a tourist like me, comfort, peace and satisfaction is priority, and all 3 were not available there. Better to go and see first hotel..You will get many cheaper and good hotels available , and the availablity of hotels is like a discounted sale when u go there.

When I told to provide any new room, they were not even bothered to listen properly.and specially when I told i will provide bad ratings, they said.. You can Do as You want. ..

I literally had to book another hotel there even when I had a pre-booking.

WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO PLAN FOR BOOKING AT ITSY BY TREEBO-HOTEL VINAYAK, NAINITAL.

Not recommended this hotel for family.
It's too horrible. No privacy, it's like dharmshala not hotel.
