This hotel is behind the J P resort. Away from main city and isolated. Location of hotel is veey good. Overall average hotell.

I went there with my friends and It was such an amazing place. Loved the mountain view from lobby and room was too spacious. Staff was too humble and helpful. It is very near from mall road and accessible to all areas. Highly recommend.

This review has it all. And i am spending my precious time to explain my disappointment and sheer wastage of money. so i visited there with family for a short trip. we booked 3 rooms And first of all they wrote that its on mall road, but surprise surprise it wasn’t. Rather it was far off. As we entered the reception, we started the procedure and all of a sudden I just asked if there was air conditioning in the rooms and I wasn’t expecting this for a 10K room but they said no, THERE WAS NO AC. Now what can be more disappointing right? Well, wait there’s more. We got into the room the fan was way too noisy. And we all know we crave peace on a vacation. The rooms are a big no for a claustrophobic person. And there is no ventilation in the room. We had health conditions and it was a big issue for us. Next was leaving the resort (trust me its not a resort), and this was hella complicated. There was a cab service that kept us waiting for 2 hours and then it was hell expensive. The normal charge for the cab to the mall road was rs500 but cab charged us rs1800 for single trip from resort MY APOLOGIES 'THE DISAPPOINTMENT' to mall road car barrier.

Beautiful Resort in Mussoorie. Hospitality is good. Staff is very polite. Ample parking space and all rooms have balcony views. Perfect for family/friends vacations. The view is the USP since it is surrounded with mountains. Decent taste of food. Overall worth it.

This comes as a honest uodate of the hotel. Working with Hoteliers Magazine, and a avid traveler, I would not expect a hotel room to not have water for 1/5 day. We understand that the technical glitch happens but not more than an hour. This morning we had an urgent booking and had to get ready and couldn’t go simply because of the hotel room did not have water to even freshen up…! Worst position to be in..!

I experienced that while taking bath in the morning, hot water is not provided.. Food quality is so so and service is also too poor.

WORST HOTEL, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL We checked in for 2 nights. We were forced to change rooms 3 times. We did not get a room based on our requirements. The extra bed was like a khatiya. I raised this issue with the front office about the extra bed who said their bedding was Marriot standard. WHAT A JOKE. Next morning, no hot water. I complained many times, and everytime a new person came to check out yet no one told me what the issue was and how to fix it. I told the front office about my problems and they offered me another room for my family to take a shower. I lost almost 2 hours in this complication, and thus we were unable to visit a couple of sightseeing places. The next night was horrible. The electricity kept on turning on and off, so we did not have proper heating in 2 degree temperatures. My family couldn't sleep the whole night. The toilet flush did not work because it was dependent on the electricity. ( I could not understand this). When I complained to the front office about the electricity, the manager blamed it on the other guests for overloading the electricity. Ridiculous. The sewer was extremely stinky as everytime you flushed the toilet and horrid smell would be emitted from the gutter. The shower floor kept on being flooded because the shower drain was not working properly.
The following are some "amazing" features of this hotel. 😡 Average food Poor house keeping Squeaky doors with no proper locks Extremely horrible sewer smell Clogged shower drain. The stay is awesome but the food is overpriced based on the quantity
