Amazing experience, Rooms were good.. ample space if you are taking your kids...

Overall experience was not good .Not a well maintained property. Even room is not proper maintained
If you are looking for a view from the room, please don't book it.
Rooms have hot water Geysers installed but was not working. Ac was not there .
I regret booking this Hotel, they will only provide roof on your head, rest you have to adjust or call them multiple times to fix it. I would not suggest to anyone to book this hotel. service was so bad and the one guy was sitting there ..name was sulabh..he is also not helping in any situation...food was tasteless..i have ordered cold coffee but they served me bournvita instead of cold coffee..which was so tasteless...room is so costly..they have committed for a good room & services but their services was actually worst..

Hotel is approx 2 kms from Gandhi Chowk that is the beginning of the Mall road. So, location wise not at all recommended.

Room and washroom was cleaned except the floor that was provided to me.

Wifi and TV doesn't works at all. During this peak time hotel charges are 2x and 3x.

Tips from me: Stay in a hotel near to Mall road.

Stayed there in May, 2022. Hotel looks newly opened and they have maintained it well. Rooms are very good with a reasonable price as compared to other hotels in mussorie. You can find yourself in a peaceful place as the nearby location is residential. You can also manage to see view of Hills from balcony.
Food was also okay and overall service was good and fast.

Thumbs up to the team, please keep up the good work and I really hope that you do not degrade with time as it happens generally with other hotel management

We were two families and stayed at the hotel for one day. They gave us rooms on different floors despite having a single booking. Both rooms were totally different, but they charged the same amount.They had 3 rooms available at that time, but they said those rooms were booked for other customers. The bathroom of one room was not clean, and the curtain fell down after 2 hours. The food was the same as at home, but the service was so slow. They don't have the proper staff to accommodate guests in peak season. There were two parking spaces available, but there was plenty of space outside where you could park at your own risk. The hotel is approximately 3–4 km away from Mall Road, and it will take around 90 minutes to reach Mall Road during peak season.

Service is very slow, food is descent,room is ok ,staff is ok, but only one fan is there in the room that is also not moveable in summers dont think of staying there om a day time you will die because of heat rest if no problem with summers then you can stay there

Hotel was good, Nice Rooms, Food was good and tasty. Hotel is located about 2.5 ~3km away from Mall Road. Quite location, can spend time nicely. Buddah Temple is at walking distance. Company Garden is about 2 kms from here. Can walk easily from this location too. Hotel has Car Parking space outside, Playing Area, Dining area and TV watching common area also available.

hotel staff is cooperative, but location is very far from main attractions, if you have your own vehicle then only consider this hotel.
