The owners behaviour is very rude , He don't know that how to talk and deal with customers. even lady manager and staff Is well behaved. hotel location is average but facilities likes water supply is very very worst. Towels was very dirty.

Out of 8 ac room we booked only 4 acs were working that too were continuously getting disconnected in between.
I don't know what was the problem but suddenly when we talk about giving a bad review, ac started working, gave us different rooms where ac worked fined.

Hotel staff behaviour is very excellent. Reception boy Deepak's hospitality is also very good. And they were available even at midnight. Overall good service..

Very poor service, extremely unprofessional. Poor quality of food. No sense of service, lack of cutlery, bloody gave us plastic cup of drinking water when insisted to give something to drink. Unhygienic place. No ownership from staff, for every issue they quoted talk to higher management we can't do anything.

Worst experience ever. There were hundreds of bugs (tatiya) in the room and lots of spiders in bathroom. Moreover when asked for housekeeping staff, their reply was that we have already showed the room to you before and we can’t help now !

What a poor stay !! What a wrong decision and a bad experience
Do not book this hotel. The towels bedsheet windows curtains is all dirty.. the washbasins are not cleaned and the bathroom is unhygienic. no glass no kettle.. no tray or cutlery were provided in the room.. their rooms do not have a DUSTBIN. theres no housekeeping in this hotel.

The rooms looked ok at a glance but it turned out to be disgustingly untidy. I found lipstick stain on my bedsheet, there were insects in both the rooms we booked. The pillows, bedsheet and towels clearly weren't washed. . They didn't provide dinner and when we ordered food from outside they didn't even provide basic cutlery, i.e. spoons or plates A terrible experience altogether.
