Hotel Prim Rose

I didn't enjoyed my stay there because of lack of there spirit to serve. They have a good property located near to mall road providing minimalist services to keep hotel running. Room lacked basic amenities like electric kettle, dustbin, water jug was so dirty. Pillow cover had red stains. Fan and light wasn't working. Though they switched my room but this is turn off to struggle for basic amenities in room when you are charging exorbitant equal to 4star property and services weren't of 2star. With this experience didn't order food at all.

The hotel staff is not at all good.Stayed there for three days but the room was not even cleaned once.They don’t provide you hot water and the food is pathetic too.
Very poor service

The hotel has both lake view and non lake view rooms. The one thing missing is proper maintenance of the property. The washrooms are leaking, wardrobe filthy and broken, lights in the rooms are dim which gives a gloomy feeling. The sitting area in the lobby is unclean, chairs rusted and dirty. Service staff drunk.

Worst room. Bed stinks, bathroom is dirty, there is no warm water in shower or tap. Don't waste your time and money

Very dirty bathroom no maintenance at all....it could be really good....Price is 3200 per room per night in which they give disgusting quilts and blankets, dirty rooms....I am not able to post pics otherwise I would have as it's very very bad......and not worth at all booked for 3 days but leaving in one day only

The rooms were good. The washrooms were not so good. The property has its own parking. There are no lake- view rooms. The staff are friendly. The only thing that was absurd was, you will only get hot water in the morning at 8-11 am.

Recently we visited Nainital and the stay was of 4 nights which was good at the price point told as we directly booked the hotel by visiting there. The only issue was with hot water as they have a timing as to when the hot water will be available in the washrooms which is in the morning only after 8 am till certain time which we felt is a bummer as if someone wanted hot water in night how will someone manage it. Also, as the geyser is not available in the room the hot water is supplied from backend for which atleast 10-15 min the taps are to be kept open until hot water starts coming (water wastage is huge) which was also a bummer. Overall it was ok for 1 time stay only as it is not a place one will come time and again if ever visited Nainital again.

Other than the friendly staff, absolutely terrible experience all around. Hot water in the washrooms is available only for a couple of hours a day on the morning, and when you need it at other times one is forced to wait for a staff member to bring up hot water. Coming back from a weary trek around Nainital and facing a cold water bath without a staff member is just…. Also, on the topic of heat, they charge 300 rupees per day for room heating, a basic thing in a cold area like Nainital. And lastly they charge for heated drinking water too! Water from the tap! This was atrocious and the hotel should be called a tourist trap. NOT RECOMMEDED ONE BIT AVOID THIS PLACE.
