The hotel rooms are conjusted, but according to the price, everything was way better than expectations. A/C was working really good, Rustico Restaurant on 4th floor, great food served while dining in & in room service also. The staff & their services were quite good. Floors were clean & hygienic, but walls & bathroom tiles could be better in terms of cleaning. Rest it was overall a good experience in a very low price.

Worst hotel 1. Careless, idiot, impolite staff with nil sense of hospitality, especially that receptionist. 2. dirty rooms, bathrooms, linen and the towel. 3. Room provided beyond the checkin time. 4. Constant drilling noises due to construction work. 5. Bathroom cabinets broken, tap broken and shower not working!!
Pathetic hotel not even worth one star.

One of the best OYOs I stayed in, in a while. Rooms are bigger and maintenance was okay. I liked the location as it is not very far from city and still close to mountain. Only drawback, they don't have mountain facing rooms so you get the typical vibe of an OYO and closed ventilation

Experience at this hotel is a mixed bag. I checked in late ( had paid in advance) but got a room which was way different from what they showed in pictures. When prompted they blamed it on OYO and refused to change the room but agreed to change it the next day. Most of the rooms have this strange odour ( probably due to dampness in the room) and walls are covered with PVC sheets. It's not recommended for family stays. Small things like fan speed switch, AC remote etc are non functional in some rooms. View from the rooftop is good.

Stay was great bcz of hotel staff, you wont regreat to book this property (in cheap price best property) awesome food at hotel restaurant. 5 start to hotel but 3 stars just bcz of oyo false promises.
Oyo reps made false promises just to increase their sell. Offered Free Breakfast which was never added after paying full amount. After talking to multiple reps no response from Oyo. So plz make sure whatever Oyo staff is saying get it on email before paying them.

The hotel is located in Jakhan, and is easily accessible from Rajpur road. It is an economic and safe stay for a night or two, that too if you're going to be out for the day. The rooms have no windows and the corridor isn't very wide, which makes it's acoustics very poor. Every little voice from the corridor can be heard in the rooms. The staff however is cooperative and nice.
