😉 Absolutely a 4.8 star level Experience,

😅 unfortunately I gave only 2-3 stars because of Cost / Prices.

😭 Some staff, customer and people have good and worse attitudes, so ambience is mixed feelings.

They need to learn to be soft spoken with gentle speech. It helps a lot 😉

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing views. The rooms were clean and spacious, with extra bed provided. The washroom was clean although I felt the hot was wasn't running at times. The buffet spread was indeed very good and delicious. They have constructed the property in three layers or storyes and have exotic plants for decorations. Mandakini river flows behind the property and provides a beautiful view from the balcony/garden area.

They are big frauds!
I booked a room online from their website and when I reached there they said they don't have my booking inspite of showing room confirmation which I received from them via email. I was charged and they did not return my money.
They are liars and thiefs - NITIN & DEEPAK!
They never received calls!
They completely ruined my pilgrimage trip to kedarnath!

Experience staying with family was horrible. Rooms were aloof, stinking and unhygienic. Washrooms were smelling bad and spiders all around. We had a buffet dinner in the evening which was stale and pathetic. We stayed at Room No. G1. The Guy Managing reception was extremely rude and was unwelcoming. Please Avoid staying at this Hotel

It is the one of top 2 best hotels to stay
Out of guptkasi, phata, sitapur cities.
Best view and quality food offered.
Shivalik resort is equally better but food is average

Excellent staff service and good place to stay and relax specially after having Kedarnath Darshan. All staff service and food quality is good.
