Sobti Continental Rudrapur

This probably is the last time that I have stayed in this hotel. The reasons are extremely poor maintenance and service and exorbitant rates of food. I have stayed many times but every time they have struggled with Air Conditioning and TV issues. The drinking water provided in the room is just 1 small bottle. The room rates have gone up but the quality has not improved a bit. There are many much better options available at this rate in Rudrapur. They serve omelette in saucer plates and then the restaurant manager shouts at the staff for some thing else and uses foul language. Just pathetic

Stay was wonderful I went with my foreigner Arabic guest Food was very good. Operation Manager Muneef and FOE Poonam was very professional and polite. We stayed in Room no 222 and 224

I stayed with my family, and believe me it was the most amazing stay of my life while in Rudrapur.
The Breakfast was too good.
Service was very prompt.
The staff at Reception Ms Poonam is good and the Operation Manager Mr.Muneef was ever ready to help us out in any situation.
Overall a very memorable stay.

A great place to stay. Excellent staff and service. Very pleasing personality in the front office and make things easy and comfortable. The service is excellent. Rooms are very good and spacious.

Hey everyone, I stayed in Hotel Sobti Continental for 5 days on a work trip. I couldn't thank enough to Mr. Muneef, the ops manager. He went beyond his duties to helping me with getting a tuktuk(E-rickshaw) when I needed for my local travel and made sure to note down the tuktuk wala's number to ensure my safety. This no hotel manager would do. Not only this, he catered to my request of arranging a birthday cake for my colleague on a short notice. The whole staff was courteous, polite and respectful. I interacted with a few-Mr. Sunil and the girl at the receiving, Preeti(in the restaurant) always greeted me with a smile and the guard bhaiya at the main gate always with a Namaste.
The breakfast had limited yet good, healthy options. You will not find such services in this price. Value for money for sure.
Just one suggestion - please add on few more options for veg food items in the menu.

Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks again all of you at Sobti Continental. See you again sometime. 😊

Nice hotel with spacious room & staff is cooperative good food quality and price are reasonable and reception staff is very good specially thanks Mr. Munieef shekh, Suneel pal & Ms. Poonam and h.k satff it was amazing,,,,,,, i would like to come here again thank you all
