The number mentioned is of an agent. Charge for basic service such as heater. Average hospitality. Don't have bottled water. Room prices are high. Food is not available after 8 pm... don't have generator facility...no complimentary accessories in bathroom...

Most pathetic service , PATHETIC FOOD , NO WATER IN THE ROOMS, GEYSER WONT WORK, , no staff to attend the guests.
GANESH IS THE MAIN PERSON HERE WHO IS VERY RUDR AND ARROGANT DONT HAVE MANNERS TO TALK. MANAGEMENT is very bad when we complained for bad food and bad service they said you should have check-out the hotel at mid night if you don't like the service.

Decent place amongst all the choice which you may get in this range. near mountains . if you are travelling in winter they have a good height you get good sunlight which remains for long. friendly staff very helpful. Decent food not that great. Mr Ganesh is an awesome person.
The only thing which was trouble some was they changed their property name to Lime wood but they haven't updated it any where

Bad hotel, bad staff, bad condition of rooms, staff doesn't now how to talk to customers. Reception staff is fighting. Would have given 0 if had option. Doesnt recommended for family at all. This is not a fake review. Its a geniune review

Poor management and filthy rooms. Walls have dampness and washrooms are stinky. Property manager and receptionist Rajiv and Ganesh tell lies and keep on changing words. Lines & bedsheets were pathetic. DON'T TAKE ANY PACKAGES FROM THIS HOTEL!

Pathetic Service & attitude of the management. They are FRAUD and are not afraid to do so as they constantly change the names of this property. Old name is Raj Bilas, the present name is "Lime Road" and saw a banner displaying "soon to be ARRA Classic". They REVISE THE PRICES OF ROOMS after you reach them even if you had pre-booked it at a lower price already before coming to the destination. You end up paying more as have no other choice to fight with them or look for a new hotel from a scratch after reaching Nainital.

Pathetic … in d starting we thought the staff is friendly but at the end they were too rude and many irrelevant charges they added … they were ready to fight …
Rooms were not good even every room has electricity problem … water problem …
They even don’t give free water to drink .. 😂😂. Name of hotel is a mystery… new name will b ARRA classic … earlier lime wood … before that relaxinn …
