Staff is least bother about any thing.Once you check in ,they will not ask you any thing. If you ask him any article,they show that ki vo aihsan kar rahe hen. They are charging for complementary water bottle. Over all, very high price and apart from room design,nothing is good. Majboori ho to hi checkin karen

Covered parking available in the middle of the city which no other hotel provides. You can park ur car and walk to the city spots. Gracious and friend staff. Well maintained and clean rooms. Brilliant food and they will make it to ur requirement. Thank you for the service.....you made my stay comfortable and easy

Hotel is in the heart of Srinagar. Near to all popular destination. Hotel staff are very cooperative and food was awesome. I am a regular visitor & stayed multiple hotels but I would highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel in Srinagar without any doubt. Thanks Mukkus residency for the lovely experience.
