Hotel Mansarovar

No basic amenities

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms are very dirty n stinking. Dampness n full of mosquitoes but the hotel doesn't have mosquito repellent.
Bathroom very dirty no proper drainage system.. Rain water comes in the room. No intercom or bell in the room to call the room service . All the time you need any thing you need to go down 2 floors. Not at all recommended. Very bad. Fake reviews are given by the owner for promotion.

The staff is pathetic, they don't even refill the water and ask us to come down stairs and then again go up stair in case we want a bottle. They don't reply even if you speak on there heads. Over priced and rooms were not at all good. The beds are having thick blankets not "gaadi". The only advantage here is you get a fair view of the Nainital, and nothing else.

Awesome view from hotel and night view of hotel is also beautiful. .. Very budgeted hotel in Mall road just because of old construction but services and food quality is awesome in this hotel. Must recommend hotel for everyone especially family members

Checked in at 21 dec 2022 at 7 pm, the manager never negotiated for room tariff but that was not an issue, they didn.t provided services up to the mark like bedsheet was Messy and untidy , contained some spots , TV was not working. they told me that it will improve next time also they do not have wifi for customers. Only provided bed to sleep.
Also do not follow any driver who took you to hotel.
