Pathetic manager, pathetic location Don't ever opt for this hotel.
This hotel is so secluded and outrageously far away from any locality that I had to book another hotel on mall road and leave this hotel instantly.
Its located at a place which looks incredibly shady and feels unsafe, they don't have lifts, have narrow stairs, no nearby cab service present, no property manager present at time of check-in, sickening service and highly unprofessional individuals.
Horrific experience.

Booked a triple deluxe room with view on booking.com on Oyo and made the payment in advance. Upon reaching there, hotel denied check-in, saying the rate given by Oyo is very low and they cannot provide room at that rate. Made to wait for 4 hours. Multiple calls to Oyo customer care, was of no use. OYO said they can only refund. Through intervention of some personal sources, finally managed to get a downgraded double room without view. No window, no fan, no chair, no table, TV without any connection

Staff is very cool.manager is very good in nature..also room is very neat and clean...major drawback is hotel is on very height..if you want to come on mall road from hotel in night then not possible...only option to reach hotel is stairs...if you have old lady .pls don't book.. around 500 stairs overcome to reach hotel...

Accessibility: 1) The hotel is accessible from the mall road only by a huge steep set of stairs by walk. By car most deny going there or charge high 2) Location is alright if you had private transport. 3) Dont underestimate the steep climb to the hotel
Infrastructure: 1) The rooms doesn't have fans. So after you workout climbing everytime to the hotel, you are bound to feel suffocated. The windows cannot be opened because of fear of Monkeys entering the room. They don't even have mesh for the windows. So if its summer, unless you want a stroke, stay away from this hotel 2) Rooms were small. We had booked a room for 3. They changed the room at the last moment and gave a smaller room. 3) The restroom outlets were clogged and the flushed water was leaking outside from the closet.
Services: 1) We had booked breakfast along with the booking, but they told that they can't hold to it because it wasn't updated in their system (Frankly its a convenient excuse to make us pay more for the breakfast). We haven't received the refund from the booking application yet 2) Outside food isn't allowed and so you are forced to use their restaurant at times since walking to Mall road is extremely tiresome and there are no walk in restaurants nearby 3) They tend to overbook and blame it on the booking application or their so called system. For instance, on the same day of our check in, three people who had booked the hotel was denied room because they didn't pay the money in advance and the hotel administration wasnt sure if they would arrive, despite the booking app providing the pay at check in facility. Once again they blamed saying that the booking app was at mistake since they apparently didn't close the booking despite intimation. 4) The Wifi is definitely the biggest positive since its pretty responsive and available across the hotel.
Summary: Choose this hotel if you have a private vehicle and no other choice. If you are good in lottery, everything may go fine for you. Otherwise you will regret each night staying here.

Poor 1st impression. At 11pm, they are fighting for 200 rupees, due to some misunderstandings with OYO.
when checked in , we found torn off blankets,
Bathroom knob came out, when opening from inside,,, had to call someone to force open the door. They changed room.
Lobby roofs dripping heavily in rain, floor wet every where, making it dangerous for slippery reasons.
Too many steps to reception and then 2 floors up to deluxe rooms,, too much uncomfortable for old people.

One of the best hotel to visit in Nainital, the staff behavior is soo humble and the new Owner is so polite. Would love yo visit this hotel again in future. I am now a permanent costumer of this hotel. And yes Do try the most delicious food there.
