Hotel Welcome Park

The hotel contains both rooms as well as nicely furnished flat. We have stayed in the flat.The path to the flat was quite steep but you will get a facility of cab for reaching there free of cost. The view from the balcony of the flat was awesome and you get the whole private space there. Around 10 people can stay there although it was 2bhk because the lobby was quite big and the hotel staff have provided many extra mattresses. The staff was very helpful and very easy to reach out. They will arrive immediately after your call. A small small pantry space is also provided where you can make your food. The experience was very good and we look forward to stay there everytime we visit nainital

- Extremely bad service. Even for a glass water every time have to call through phone.

- Intercom was not working
- Very bad food taste
- No body wash provided for shower
- No dental kit

Added while booking ticket:
- Extra bed was provided but very dirty
- Blanket provided after requesting multiple time without cover
- Bad smell from room all around
- Balcony was damn messy
- TV was not working
- Wifi was not working
- Comb was not provided
- Didn't change bedsheet for 2 days
- No washroom cleaning
- Even for water, had to requested multiple times


Extremely painful service and wasted of money.

Overall Good Stay.
Location is good. Hotel is at steep height however they provide free pickup from mall road to their hotel so no such worry of steep height. Food is good. Parking available. Recommended.

I am late for this review. I had a very nice stay at the hotel. Me and my wife were very happy to have such a beautiful view from the balcony. We met the owner while leaving,she was very polite and helpful.she helped us to drop at the next hotel which is more above the zoo road in steep slope. Welcome park have continuous pickup drop service till night 11...it will be really helpful for those who have difficult in walking/old age parents. I have not seen such service from other hotels.I wil be again booking this hotel for my parents.

Its a nice hotel and staff is also helpful. Lake View from hotel is very nice. Hotel is around 300 meters inclined from mall road and they have ample parking space for guests. They provide free pick and drop from hotel to mall drop free of cost.

Food is also very good in taste. I did dinner and breakfast both in hotel.

Areas of improvement:- Need to arrange hot water 24x7 atleast during winters, currently they have solar water heaters whivh is totally depend on sun.
Secondly, they have put electric kettles in room, but, in both of my rooms they were not working and after having multiple followups, they assured they will change but they didnt.

It was a great experience. Very beautiful room.
There is only the problem of Hot Water 🥲
Food was fine. Staffs were alright!

Reception people were really cooperative and helpful. Helped us in exploring the city quite nicely.

Has parking, has staff quarters, good food, has shuttle as well as cab services.

Only plus is View from Balcony room.
Otherwise hotel is just useless.
They don't have even first Aid at Hotel.
If you fall sick and need basic medicine like Ors or Paracitamol they don't have and they don't even feel any shame in telling you that they can't even arrange it you have to arrange yourself.
Food is expensive and not upto the mark.
Very poor room service you have to call reception at least 4 times if you want to get your room clean or want anything from them.
Beds quality is also poor at morning backache is guaranteed.

At checkout from guard to housekeeping guy every one after you for tips.

Good location. near the maal road and zoo . Pic and drop facility available. Hot water is the big problem in this hotel. overall this is the best hotel.
