Hotel 24 - New Bharat

Rooms are good in condition but little bit old style, Lake view is very beautiful feature of this hotel. Overall a fair deal for cheap price.
Service provided by hotel is not outstanding but good, as it was always on time, food quality was neither good or bad. Ambience of this hotel is also very good.

Hotel Bharat is located in the city of Nainital. They offer good accommodation in all budget because they provide facilities like room heater, hot water and generator facility. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel food is also good because in hotel Bharat you will get variety of food items.

Very centrally located. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. spent a few days at this wonderful hotel! It had a combination of old world ambience and everyday comfort

Rooms are unhygienic they will sent you good pics of room but in reality they are pathetic also bathroom have a bad smell you can't even stands for a second. It's better to look nearby hotels.
I personally never recommend this hotel to anyone

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is away from the main crowd in Nainital, but yet close enough to be able to reach anywhere in the city within few minutes or hours by car. The view from the room was wonderful and magnificent….

Nothing is more better than staying at Hotel 24, the rooms are big and spacious with all necessary amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and patient in helping out with any request…

It was a terrible experience for me and my friends. From hygiene of the room to the services provided. Bathroom taps were broken and leaking, hot water availability was for limited time mostly in the morning hours, and in our case since one of the washbasin tap was broken, we got boiling water from washbasin in the morning. The bedsheets were not clean, whereas the towels provided were stinking.The hotel provided us with a private cab and a driver for local sight seeing. And this driver is as bad as the hotel. At one location while he was parking, he drove the car over my foot which left me bleeding a little since one of my nails had been broken. A sincere apology is what you might expect but I swear I didn't notice a pinch of guilt on his face. Nainital is a beautiful place to visit, please don't ruin your experience by booking this hotel.

We had a great time. Hotel was at its best. Location was also very nice and peaceful. We took room with view, it was worth paying extra for room with view….
