Umra Grace Hotel in haridwar By perfect stayz

overall pleasant stay. staff were friendly & helpful enough. the rooms were cleaned & the amenities were provided with urgency. everything was in working condition the electronics to the plumbing. personnel available were very responsive to queries & a very prompt kitchen staff. enjoyed the stay & the meals. finding the establishment is a bit tricky but not difficult. would recommend it.

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.Lovely hotel with a wonderful food. Very friendly staff. Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place.

Location is a bit hard to find and inaccessible to large cars like Traveller and Innova. But it's close to Har ki Pauri and you can easily go there on a rental Toto.
Rooms are not up to par with the price they take. Extremely small and congested, they even turned a three bed room to a four bed room and bumped with the price by 800 rupees when already there was no space in the three bed room. Bedsheets and towels are not very clean and the basin also had a leak. But it is not unlivable.
Staff is very well behaved and helpful, which was quite a pleasant experience. They even let us use the room after giving it up without any further question. Decent place to live but the price can't be justified.

It was vary Good hotel to stay rooms are also vary nice and near to Haridwar station. one thing is happened with me that after checkout i kept my luggage to near reception but they taken charge for the same this things hurt. otherwise overall nice experience.

good stay, staff was cooperative, very close to railway station and walking distance from Har Ki Poauri. washroom was clean and nicely maintained. food we preferred to eat outside. overall nice stay.

It was a good stay, staff is supportive and helpful. Though its not at main road but easily gets auto from hotel door. Near by station, they have their restaurent so we can order from there in room itself.

I should start writing review about this hotel by saying that it is in the worst location, without any parking. for paid parking also you have to go a long distance. it looks owner of hotel have spent good amount of money but service of staff is very average. If you just go in the nearby street just to attend a damn call, the people are pointing on you and using false language. in all they are making this religious city of haridwar feeling like hell. So in nutshell it's a big NO to take hotel in this location. Suggest to take some hotel with more charges on highways.
