Highly recommended not to book this hotel. I will never book this hotel again. We booked for 4 nights but we checked out next morning. Building from the outside looks only fabulous but hotel rooms are so bad. Flies in the room. Bathroom was not neat. Mould was everywhere in the bathroom. Room was in bad condition. I went with my wife and 4 months old boy. Carpet was not so clean and staff said these rooms are recently renovated and we started booking since last week only. You have to ask for complimentary eminities as well like room sleepers, clothing Iron. These things should be in the room. Staff know the condition of their hotel but they have no answer for your questions.
Good luck if you go there.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's planning to go. The service was excellent and staff was also helpful. We initially booked for only one day. And when we loved the place then we booked for 2 more days since our stay in Hyderabad was for 3 days. It has a spa which is also really good. Swimming pool was also really clean. The location ( Banjara hills) of the hotel is also convenient. They also cleaned the rooms everyday.

This hotel should be termed as the best example of bad service. Their key cards never work. Everytime you've to go down to reception and ask for master key. Secondly,

The rooms stink. They are not clean. and Bath room smelled very bad. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! !

Great hotel, Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful. Excellent Buffet Breakfast spread. Comfortable rooms and all Smart controls. Hotel is on a busy market street - so convenient. Very close to major attractions in French Town and small cafes.

No proper plug points. No carpets, no spoons and housekeeping staff enters the room out of their own accord.

Other than that, it seemed like a good place to stay at. Rooms looked tidy enough

I got the room on the 2nd floor. They gave room 218, and the room does not have A/C, and the light adapter is missing. You need to plug in with bare wires.
They moved us to 219 and the room cleanliness is horrible.

Hotel Management - this is not a 4-star hotel as you describe. Please either clean the room properly or shut it down. Lobby is good. Maintain rooms also like the way you maintain the lobby.
I would like my money back for poor maintenance, not able to provide clean bathrooms.

We have done a family function here at Katriya Hotel. The food quality was very bad and few of our relatives suffered due to food poor quality.
Hall is good and without pillars. Service is good.

Rooms are pretty old esp commodes are bad.
Overall, i do not recommend this place for functions.
Hope the hotel management takes this feedback positively and improve on the quality
