Hotel Sitara Grand - Miyapur

Nice experience with Hotel Rooms for two day stay at Hyderabad near Miyapur. Room service food is OK. Morning breakfast mostly is same for two days. Parking is spacious. Nice look view for outside. I have seen some miscommunication between receptionists. Over all good experience.

Visited on weekdays(thursday) with the expectation of a tasty dinner at 9 pm. Utterly disappointed with Veg biryani and corn kernel which are pretty usual dishes. Both were so hot and full of kaaram even after instruction to get with medium spicy. Unable to eat.

We went for the first time dinner with my friends. Whatever food we ordered was ok ok. We ordered chilli prawns and it was cold and too salty and asked the manager to reduce the bill amount. His explanation was not at all acceptable and we decided not to visit the place again.

Visited for lunch on Sunday morning. starters were tasty but upset with special chicken biryani and dum chicken biryani. oily plain rice served with very small portion of chicken and is tasteless.
I often go there and seeing they are degrading on the quality and taste.

Prices are very high.. as it is famous hotel.
Felt like not that worth for one day stay. It is almost 6k for normal room.
Near by grand svm charging 3k.
So, I felt like very costly.
Food is very good taste. Easy access as it is on the main road.
Even I did not get respectable response from reception. They don't care about customers.. I think over confident.
Preferable for Rick people

A very good place to have delicious food. The prices in the menu are reasonable and all items will be available. The staff is very polite and receives guests with a smile. The spread in the breakfast menu is really nice. I suggest everyone to taste and stay at least once at this place!!

Mediocre, is what I could say about the experience here. Not possibly I visited here for a stay purpose, but I attended a function. I could comment on food, parking, hospitality and maintenance. We found ourselves in a vegetarian party, and the food was average. Managers involved in maintaining the crowd and was utter unsuccessful. Function hall was not partitioned properly for food serving and seating. Parking was help in a nearby plot, and my car burned like a hotpot in direct sun. No parking shades are maintained. Parking assistance staff looked like a bunch of clowns and enjoying in their own way while ignoring the guests. Overall maintenance was aweful and only advantage here is the location. If Hotel Sitara has a reputation in Hyderabad, it will be ruined with this branch🙏

Worst place to dine. Very poor service. Food is tasteless. You order something and they will give you something else. Extremely poor service and staff start arguing when ppl complain. Hair found in one of the food item.
