This hotel was ok ok. Beds and facilities are normal. But their service is excellent. Anyone at Reception are helpful always.. they will answer and explain any questions of customers who lodge here. We googled this hotel, called for confirmation, we had to reach here at late night, and he held rooms for us. And also welcomed at that night. Ofcourse, it was an off season. Provided mineral water as well. The best part was, early hours 1st hour view from balcony was awesome. No other hotel can shoot this view. This is exceptional. Thank you management.

SRI SUDHARSANA RESIDENCY is a real gem OPPSITE TO RAMA TEMPLE.
The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area.
Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming.
The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
The location of the hotel is great.
The rooms were very spacious and well equipped with all essentials.
I recommend this hotel to visitors to BHADRACHALAM.

We checked in for a day and found the room appalling. Despite booking online, they demanded an advance, which is not right. The linen was dirty and the staff were impolite. Door to the bathroom was not functional and none of our requests were attended to. This is extremely unprofessional and shows the management in poor light. For a budget accommodation, it is important basic services, like clean linen, functional bathrooms are provided to the guess. Also, the staff are expected to be polite, which is not the case here. Location 5/5, Service 1/5, Cleanliness 2/5, Hospitality 2/5 Very disappointing!

Few rooms need proper AC maintenance, however the balcony view, short/walkable distance to the temple. good behavior and better hospitality by the staff is making me give a better rating to this arena.

It's neare to temple.. clean and neat.. cost is little bit high .. you will get mineral water here.. charges for AC 1600Rs and three bed AC room is 1800 Rs..

No proper AC maintenance. Too cost All are windows AC. It takes nearly 2hrs like that to chill the room. Waste of money and service.

I had visited this hotel on 21 May 2022, and below is my experience with this hotel, Advantages 1. This hotel is very near to temple.
Dis-Advantages 1. The rooms & washroom are not clear it's ok ok, bathroom door were not getting looked. 2. Lift are not operating correctly & it's not safe to use as well (very old lift). 3. We had booked an AC room but it was not working properly. 4. The staff behaviour was very worst none of our requests were attended, This is extremely unprofessional. Overall my rating is less than a star, my suggestion is to keep this hotel accommodation as an last option
