Small rooms and the hotel was located in a small alley near a busy road. Not a good location for quiet times

The worst ever service, booked room on hury seeing images paid online using Oyo went to hotel for check in he says, you paid online so, you will get room without any service as grocery or ac, asked reception person why so, that Oyo is providing asked what if we need those service he says you booked online that's Oyo offering and you will not get refund pay me another 1200.00 i will give good room, asked to give same room to us on this online booking taking additional to 1500 paid online he said no you should pay if you want good room.
One thing I can do is go to another hotel and checked in with less price then this ---king hotel.
