SPOT ON 61415 Sitara Grand Lodge

The room location was near to bus stand. Other than that nothing seemed to be good. The room was decent. They cleaned the room only after we arrived. So we had to wait.
After seeing some reviews we confirmed from the hotel if the room is really booked n since we ll do late check in we did not want to lose the room in d middle of the might.
They did hold the room but charged us extra 200rs since we put some discount while booking in oyo. Oyo did not respond properly for this extra charge.

Never ever book this Hotel, All the photos are fake and you'll hate the place as soon as you see it

Worst experience I have ever faced ..guys first of all its not up to the other oyo's.
If you book online the guy at reception will tell you that is not acceptable and demand for more money ..
No wifi nothing😑
If your new to that city i suggest never visit this lodge..
The bathroom is very bad and they provide the bucket and mug of 10 to 15 years old and fully algae formed
And moreover at 2'o clock the town police knocked our door and behaved rudely and this reception guy beside him and never try to defend and just smiling in the corner.....
Strictly avoid this lodge 😶😶😶😶

Firstly , Don't know how they allowed Police with SI, I think , into direct room to scold us for their general lodge checking. I booked this from Oyo and any metro city will not follow such thing. Police came to check our males shared room, in harsh manner, disturbing me and my friends' sleep. They(hotel staff) could have asked us to open door smoothly by telling why the police have come.

Police came at mid-night , banged door like it's his house, asked some general questions very rudely disturbing our minds along with sleep & left without giving any reason of their rudeness.

Very deeply regretted for having booked this from Oyo , for our immediate stay. Hanumakonda police and this lodge doesn't follow any humans values and ethics ,I feel.

I don't recommend this at all. Very tragedy experience.

Worst experience...we checked out after 1 hour of stay.. 🤮🤮😡😡I booked through Oyo and i was asked to pay more amount than i paid through oyo😡😡😡.. The Rooms are unclean and filthy... 🤮🤮🤮No hygiene at all..🤮🤮.they dont even clean the bathroom and toilets it was giving awkward smell.🤮🤮frienda please never ever book this lodge😡😡

They never wash the bedsheets and pillow covers, when you enter the room they spray some room freshener, lol we immediately left the place

Hated the hotel and the staff behaviour. Unhygenic and very bad. It doesn't even have proper entrance. Unhygenic Lenin and bathrooms are in pathetic condition one won't even feel like stepping in. Ryde behaviour. Totally it looks like a shady lodge from one of the popular movies.

Room was ok ok but no hot water. Have to take a cold bath in the winter which is horrible
