Novotel Hyderabad Airport

Wasn’t really expecting much however from the moment you step foot out of you car, it is a magical experience. We were greeted and had our bags loaded onto a delivery service to our rooms. Check- in was a little bit of a wait however, the comfortable sofas and easy on the eye decor inside made up for it. It also provided plenty of time to explore and see the ballroom, Pearl and jewellery shop, indoor pond and live entertainment just finished off the atmosphere in the lobby. The room was great, clean, nice view, and a lovely bathroom with amenities provided. Dinner was a buffet style with lots of selection and a luxury feel. As was breakfast with a good choice of different cuisines. In the morning we were greeted with a taxi and the road to the airport was fabulous. Definitely recommend.

Highly Recommended this place!!! My father-in-law stayed there for 10 days. The service was “top class” in his words. He had breakfast and dinner over there and it was fresh and delicious!! The hotel room was cleaned regularly… 5 stars for cleanliness, food, customer service. He said this is going to be his go to hotel. The security staff to the chef to the reception staff, cleaning staff were very kind and respectful. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time there. There were opportunities to do many activities, that we really enjoyed.
The rooms were good with an amazing view, Spacious dining area but I felt that the food taste could be better.
However, a clean and nicely decorated place, clean, well maintained pool area with beautiful view, well behaved, helpful staff, actually there was nothing as such to complain about.
Also the area for drinking was very nice. Coming here, you can find a luxurious vibe all around. Definitely a great hotel to visit or stay.

The hotel is centrally located, rooms are clean and has a good view of the swimming pool. Breakfast spread is really good and has a wide variety to choose from. The restaurant staff are very helpful and service is excellent. The reception and housekeeping staff are also equally good. The hotel has a free drop and pickup service which is very convenient. Front desk check in and check out was smooth Our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to check out late as requested to team, they are very helpful. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Had just a wow experience with the family here. Everything was just perfect from the rooms, service to food and atmosphere. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Hotel staff and services were real quick and polite. Had 2 buffet meals - Dinner and Breakfast and both had enormous amounts of variety and moreover everything was very delicious. The hotel had all the facilities swimming pool, gaming room, children playing room, gym, spa etc and everything was maintained perfectly. Had an amazing time with the family here and everyone enjoyed

This is an excellent 5-star hotel to stay in. They have lots of staff who are courteous, polite and kind. The stay here will be enjoyable, the rooms facing the airport view or the greenery. We got a airport view room which was well maintained with wooden flooring and big glass window. The service is outstanding, and all the staff are accommodating, so we did not face any issues at any time.
From the beginning to the Check in at desk to the End of my stay I had the most wonderful experience.
The staff customer service is brilliant. From the way your greeted, making sure all your needs are met.
The efficiency and speed of how things are done.
The food experience is also one the best you will experience.
If you are looking for a clean, modern,tidy, excellent customer service, good location, good food and competitive rates then this hotel is one of the best and very closest to airport.

This is the best vacation we had till date and a stay never to forget for the lifetime. The hotel was amazing and having some of the best facilities with great airport view all over the property. The rooms were beautiful with Superb cleaning. Smooth check in done by front office team.The location is fantastic. Food was great. Hospitality was at its best with all the staff very warm and courteous and responding to every query with patience. Overall experience right from entering the property till the time of departure was an unforgettable experience.
