I booked the room for 3 days through makemytrip and at the reception they denied check in saying low tariff. Had to work through makemytrip customer service and all they could do was just refund the money. The guy at the reception was least bothered about your concerns and he was not ready to give the receipt as well for the additional charge. Please call before your travel and ensure your booking will be considered to avoid last minute surprises.

Called Oyo customer service and all they could do was just refund the money. The guy at the reception was least bothered about your concerns and he was not ready to give the room and talked very rude as well. Please Dont book this Hotel. I Repeat Never go for this.

I booked this hotel using oyo website & already paid the full amount, still the receptionist was asking for money. I did call the helpline of oyo but they did not solve my problem. I had to pay extra 1600 rs by cash & the receptionist refused to give the receipt for this payment.

Cons :
They increase price during check-in
Rooms are not worth the price looks like a PG Hostel converted to hotel
Have waited long time to check-in but they expect us to check-out at sharp 11AM

Pros:
they extend the stay if we pay extra
Staff are really helpful

Asking for extra money at checkin. worst checkin experience. had to cancel my stay. property owner thinks he own the world. very rude behaviour. Though I've complained to helpline they couldn't do anything. hated Oyo. wont deserve one star as well.

The business model of Oyo is double edged sword. First they tried to rent out the unoccupied rooms at low price, at such prices hotel owners are not willing to give their rooms...

So my case is the same, after reaching my destination, Oyo (not hotel owner) increased my room price to 50%.. I left with no choice because I carried all my luggage along with me. But certainly Oyo services are declining rapidly. I'm happy to share that I don't book any more rooms through Oyo.

A big fraudster sitting here. I booked OYO for 2 but when I visited the management changed the room space from 2 to 1 and asked to pay extra money for the 2nd person and when refused clearly said no space for 2 people. And after paying for 2 people he allocated the room. They are playing wrongfully with the access given to the management team by the oyo service.
I would never recommend booking this hotel

I booked room for one day in OYO at the price of RS 981but the Receptionist did not accept me to get in but he charged me 1350Rs he said we don't allow low tarif and he did not give me receipt also but i paid in Google pay so i got the evidence and i compliant to OYO also, AC no cooling, wifi not connected. Not with for money. I hope single star also not worth for them.
